worker left in middle of job to go get a haircut. What was supposed to be a couple of days turned into a couple of weeks. We’re waiting on a replacement window and the representative told us they would call us back for a scheduled date to replace the window and they never did.

I have been waiting since may for a visit to fix something that was their mistake. I have had 3 leaks inside and my ceiling looks terrible. So far they are not getting back to me about my ceiling or repairs outside. I have had two different reps and they have quit and I was left in a pile of papers. We spent WAY to much money for peace of mind only to not have any. Judy Losey very disappointed customer

Hansons does not stand behind there warranty I had a new roof installed March 10, 2019 Came home from vacation to find it leaking August 20, 2019 I have been dealing with service department with no success in getting problem fixed They received the money because I financed and now they don't care Excuse it they have no help Tell me they are busy and the men who put my roof on no longer work for them I need my roof fixed!!!!!!

Wish I could make 0 stars or even negative ones. They didn't do our roof correctly. So we won't sign off on a $20,000 roof, called the finance company to make sure that they do NOT pay. We tried to settle with hansons, they didn't put in a long enough drip edge and the first yes I said first roofers actually contractors so not even sure the warranty by atlas is even going to be covered, messed up our one piece seamless gutters. So instead of fighting my other half called them to settle as long as we get our warranty and that within 2 weeks of us calling if there is a problem that they fix it, well nope they won't do it and said we owe extra. Back the damn cart up buddy, your contractors stole half of our roofing materials to go do their own job down the street and threw away a quarter of the rest, not to mention the 10 air vents were still sitting on my driveway that they didn't install. If anyone has ever sued Hanson can you please get in touch with me.

Screw this company screwed me twice , posting billboard. Bout my experience cost others gain hiring a reptuaul company to fix my problem and to a avoid Hanson's. Look at my lawn in a week aka major road way Schoenherr rd warren MI 48088

Worst experience ever. Got quoted a price for roof and fascia and they dont want to do fascia on roof and threatened to stop half way through doing the roof because of the fascia. NEVER EVER use this company. Get bullied and the run around. They also put the dumpster on our driveway and it sank into the driveway and they said it wasn't their problem

Spent $11,000 on new roof and gutters and have had nothing but issues with both. Can't get anybody to address the issues. Calling them is a joke, just get the run around. Service technician never showed up. We have attempted several times to contact Hanson's but keep getting transferred or put through to a voicemail box that is full. Now it's time to call the Builders Board and the BBB!

Its been a month since I submitted my warranty policy and still have no update on my window replacement. I have tried weekly emails to just see when my window will be ready. No answer. Julie Mulhern has been my POC and i can say she was helpful at first but what about a brief follow up to a concerned homeowner. I just want these claim/warranty personnel to put themselves in our situation as a homeowner and see how frustrating the customer service is.All we are asking for is an update so we can plan our own lives around their installation schedule. I feel like i have to put all future plans on hold just to have my window replaced.
