I've had my halo collar for close to 2 years now and love the ease of the app and quick and easy customer support in the halo dog park. We live in a heavily wooded area and sometimes have troubles with the GPS and tracking. Tiffany was so helpful today with changing the GPS settings to adjust for the low levels in some areas of the fence. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is my collar still isn't tracking and I will need to call back for more help tomorrow. Tiffany definitely earned a 5 star with customer service!

Have had Halo collar for about 3 years now. Prior to getting the collar our sweet German Shepherd Cali had to be on a cable outside because she liked to chase cars and squirrels and would run out in the road. She is a dog with a lot of energy so I hated her being on a cable to go outside. That’s when we got the Halo Collar. She took to the training and this has changed her life. She runs our huge yard and knows exactly where to stop so she doesn’t even get the warning beep. She has such a great active life now. Recently upgraded to the Halo 3 and we’re having some battery issues. Reached out to Halo dog park and immediately was connected to Darrell, but the connection in the app was bad. Darrell asked for my phone number and called me and was very polite and helpful. It was nice to not wait on hold to get somebody. The support is fantastic!

My helper was very informative. Helped as needed.

So far so good. kadaija was kind and helpful. Unfortunately I was having issues so she couldn't walk me through fixing the issue, at the time. So she sent me some things to try and if they don't work I will reach back out for further assistance.

We have used Halo collars to keep our fur babies safe for roughly 2 years. We love these collars and always we know where our babies are at all time. Halo collars are very durable and great for any pup. Even the roughest ones. Halo support makes it easy to troubleshoot any problem that arises. They are always courteous and compassionate. Calling Halo has always been a positive experience.

Tim was great. He walked me through fixing several concerns I had regarding GPS and charging my collar. I always feel comfortable contacting the dog park. The team is quick to respond and very attentive.

Noah helped me with warranty claim on dead unit. He was a great help and stayed on phone to help me complete form. Collar on the way.

Noah helped answer all my questions and helped me get the things I needed to have continued success with this collar. My dog was doing well with her training and suddenly wasn’t, eventually I figured out a contact was missing! Thanks!
