Halo CollarReviews of halocollar.com

My two 25-pound schnoodles are escape artists extraordinaire, turning our rural property into their own personal zoom zone. Enter the Halo Collar 3 - a GPS guardian angel! Unlike other shock collars, Halo uses gentle nudges to keep them safely frolicking within the boundaries I set. Plus, I can track their every playful prance in real-time, giving me peace of mind and them the freedom to explore. It's like having a magic leash, but way cooler! If you have adventurous pups and a big backyard, this collar is a lifesaver! 5/5 stars all the way!

Halo was so easy to get ahold of, even on Sunday. We are new members with four dogs 🐕 and four new Halo collars. Had a few questions about operating the collars . Got Tim in the dog park to answer our questions immediately. Great costumer service!!!!

We have had our collars for just over a year. We love them! We just received a critical message that the LTE connectivity wasn't working on one of our collars. We initiated a Dogpark call and we were able to talk to Devon. He was able to extend our warranty and sent a link so we were able to request a new collar. So far we have loved our experience with Halo.

Amber was able to quickly diagnose my issues with our new remote beacon. Everytime I have connected with the dog park, my experience has exceeded my expectations.

Aaron was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Listened to our explanation of our problem and walked us right through the solution. We were very pleased with the service.
