I like the geofencing idea but when it triggers when the dog is more than 60 feet from the indicated trigger point it is not only useless but with a well trained dog (service dog) it is destructive. Perhaps geo fencing is the future but it is not good enough for now. As redundant as your extensive training videos are to one is very familiar with trained dogs this has made this dog scared to go outside.

I absolutely love my halo collar! I got it and let it sit in the box for a month while I worked up the courage to use it. I only had it a month before I started traveling with my horse and trailer. I got my dog trained on it at my house in a few hours. I set up fences at every campground along the way, and she respected every one of them. She knew when she had it on, and I would take it off so she could chase the squirrels in the morning. Of course, she never caught one. Even when those naughty squirrels would taunt her when she had her collar on, she would respect it and not chase them. I have had zero issues with GPS or connectivity. I can’t wait to set up fences everywhere we go camping this summer. It’s so much better than having to keep her on a leash everywhere we go.

This collar is one of the worst purchases I've ever made. It gives inconsistent feedback when the fence is crossed. Even when I can see the "warning" on my phone the collar doesn't do anything. Then when the collar is brought back towards the inside of the fence sometimes it will start shocking - the complete opposite of what it is advertised to do. The charging system makes no sense. Who has a USB-C to USB-C wall charger? On top of that the adapter to the collar is completely unnecessary and is easy to lose. They do this so if you lose it you have to buy a $35 charging kit on their website, you can't just buy the adapter. The customer support has not been helpful in resolving these issues. Inconsistent feedback is no way to train a dog and I don't feel comfortable putting this on my dog with the fence enabled.
