Company reached out to help fix issues hopefully this is resolved.

I purchased a Halo 3 collar earlier this year. I was not able to use it because it would not charge. It took me two different tries with customer service to get anyone who could remotey help (the first person just kept telling me to do the steps I specified Ialready had done). The second agent suggested sending it in for warranty replacement. Second collar arrived. Thankfully it would charge. Set up fence, did all training, tested the collar holding it in my before using it on my dog. Very inconsistent results. Contacted customer service. Thankfully reached Sean R. who was super helpful and gave me some good suggestions. Going to follow his suggestions and see if the "fence" is working properly before I use it on my dog. I will update my review when I actually use the fence!

I had questions about how to install a new collar. I reached to dog park promptly, and Tim was helpful and courteous and answered all of my questions. Overall we’ve been very happy with the Halo collar.

The actual rating should be a zero! I now have to return the second collar for a warranty replacement which I don’t want now….after multiple attempts to fix the multiple problems…the customer service representatives are obviously clueless , inexperienced and just barely able to read the instructions back that you can read online yourself anyways…the collar is crap, extremely frustrating to fix and the customer service is the worst…even worse than big corporations or government bureaucracies….don't get sucked into this frustration of ineptness and incompetence …

Tim was great! So helpful. Answered all of my questions. Explained everything so I wasn’t confused. Resolved my problem.
