Great service! Quick and easy customer service!

Unfortunately had an issue with the collar, but a replacement was issued very quickly and we were back to normal. The collar is great and allows us to keep an eye on our pup at all times!

Immediately solved issue and was very polite and professional. Waited less than 3 minutes for a video chat and then it took less than 3 minutes to order the replacement part.

I talked with Antigonay in the dog park as I had a problem with something broken on collar!! Antigonay was very supportive and resolved this for me and she was very pleasant and good at her job!! I have always had good luck with calling in to the dog park!!! We are very pleased with the collar. Elizabeth

A $3 whistle from Dollar General is more effective. This collar is useless. Don't waste your time or money on this junk.

The speaker was hardly audible anymore on my Halo two+ collar. I joined the Halo Dog Park zoom link to discuss options with support. This was a surprisingly easy process and Kadaija B was very efficient and helpful. After only a few minutes, the Halo team had processed my request and offered to replace the collar. I'm very impressed with the customer service I received and already loved the product for my two dogs.

My Halo collar has been a game changer for my dog and I. Had a couple issues with it, so called there support and talked to a person right away who was able to quickly solve the issue. Recommend to all my friends and family now.
