Sabrina R has been very helpful. If this review was based on her services only, it would be 5 stars. She was quick to see the problem and helped to rectify it. The dog park in general has been very helpful. Unfortunately, we have had problems with all three collars. Two of them quit taking a charge and one had a diagnostic issue. They are replacing two of them under the warranty and I am working to see what we can do with the 3rd one. Even though we have had issues with the collars, the company has been good to stand by their product and replace them if necessary.

I love my collars. They do sometimes have issues, but when you do the team at the virtual dog park is phenomenal. Sierra B. was super sweet and extremely patient with my weird circumstances. Best decision I made for my pups.

She helped me resolve all my issues in one video call, and was friendly as well ❤️ the Halo collars are pieces of technology that are going to need maintaining no matter what, and having reliable customer support that you don’t mind calling is so important.

Very helpful! The customer service team members are knowledgeable and polite. They seem to care about the customer's satisfaction and product quality. Great company!

I have to I have been disappointed in the quality of the collars and the reliability. We have been using the collars now for over 2 year now and have to replace collars now 4. The only thing I can say is I have not had to pay for any replacement. So, they have earned a few point for that. The customer service is and have been vary good (The Dog Park). But for spending over 1500 in collars and beacons I would have expected better performance. Do not wast your money on beacons as they do not work. Extremely unreliable! The Tech support is not much help as we were promised help on setting up a static IP adress for the collars and they have yet to come through with that. I have even spent the money to put in an outside wifi to help with the network connection to improve reliability. I just wish I would see the return on investment as it has such promising idea.

Sabrina and Q were amazingly quick to help me ratify an error alert on setting up fences. All work great and my pups are learning quick and love being free with me outside as they wear their collars!

My most recent interaction was with Quinterrace E and he along with all of the agents I have ever talked to at Halo was amazing! This company either provides amazing training or just gets really lucky with the agents they have! Quinterrace was very knowledgeable and quickly resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes! I usually make my husband call to deal with any issues with companies but I volunteer to call halo when needed as they are very pleasant to speak with and always have an answer!! I can not recommend Halo enough as we love the collars for our dogs and they are extremely helpful and kind!

We have enjoyed our Halo collar. We’ve only had one major problem with the collar while we weren’t home with it showing our dog out of the fence and she actually wasn’t upon arrival. We do wish the battery lasted longer and the collar cover is already coming apart- less than a year of purchase :(
