So happy I made the decision to go to HairClub Montreal. I can't believe I can now go outside without my baseball cap on, something I was never comfortable with doing before. Steven and his team have been amazing and I can't thank them enough.

My experience based on nearly 30 years of being an HCM member has been positive and satisfactory. I have seen countless people come and go and I can honestly say that all of them have been wonderful and supportive to me and my needs. I still have concerns regarding what level would best suits my needs (Gold vs Silver) but that is ongoing as time moves on every year.

Never thought I would get the nerve to actually quit the club after 12 years of being a client, but I did. 12 years of paying a car payment every month, 12 years of driving five hours one way every month, this adds up over time. For the last 2 years I have dealt with not having the same stylus more than once, other than the traveling stylus. 2 years of not having my system ready for me for the appointed replacement, 2 years of canceled or rescheduled appointments cause of no stylus. I can’t take off work for two days on a whim cause they need to reschedule. Every reschedule takes two days off of my vacation days since I work nights. I’ve wasted enough money with this company that can’t seem to get their crap together. 12 years at 500 a month comes to 72,000, that’s 72,000 I could have put towards the house! I never would have started with this company if the manager would have been honest on how the program works. Best of luck HC

Everything hair, products, style is way way over priced and the hair product is very poor. That is if you can get them to get you any hair, been waiting 11 months now. The ownership must be hard to work for as the SLC salon has had at least 3-4 managers and several other staff changes. Also dont plan on getting an answer if you call the place. Very poor company. Go some where else.

I had a video visit with Sabina who pressured me into applying for credit and pay $500 to even schedule a appointment then went in for my color match and told Chet I don’t think this is for me. He told me don’t worry if you don’t like it I will give you a refund. Schedule me a appointment and canceled it the same day with out informing me. I found out 2 wks later. Then I called the Sabina to ask what happened she basically gave me the round around call Chet was out on vacation called corp. was told they would refund me after waiting sometime call again to ask about my refund get told there is a IT problem and will call me back waited called again said he was working on it and would call me before end of day called back at 4pm and they said he left for the day. And I still haven’t got my refund. How they think this is ok to do to people is disgusting. I hope enough people read this and don’t get scammed as I did.

Yevette, it was a pleasure to understand your concerns and assist you in getting a refund. Again, we're sorry about your experience... however I'm pleased to take what we learned in your situation to make our processes better by sharing your experience with our team. We hope you'll consider altering your review in lieu of the above. Best wishes, friend.

500 dollars a month for a haircut boys-or 500 dollars a month for a g wagon. Looks good not gonna lie but for a week. Keep your money and work hard for anything but garbage hair

I worked for hair club one year….one word to describe m experience and it was TOXIC! First of all it’s very toxic places to work starting from the manger, most not all employees and HR. I reached out to HR but they did nothing. Some employees have been there for 15 to 22 years, they are cut throat, will do anything to keep their high tipping members, very greedy and mean. They talk very badly about the members. For example, how some of the members don’t tip well. They would push around the non tipping members to each other or me, which was fine with me, because I truly cared about my clients. The Manager was a bully, very condescending and disrespectful, not a team builder at all. I was very unhappy to workin in a toxic environment. The Manager stole my Commission and tried to blame it on other people. I was selling products but she was putting them under her fiancé‘s name. Then one day before she fired me, she told me I was the reason that her fiancé was no longer working at that location. So she decided to come after me and got me fired under false pretenses. The manager has no morals or ethics. She’s not a person with good character or attitude. Mind you this poor excuse of a manager was only there for three months and she turned this place into a toxic work place. I would not recommend anyone to work at this location.

We appreciate and value all feedback. Please know that we looked into your claims but were unable to substantiate them, especially your claims with respect to your former manager. In fact, the feedback we have received from other employees regarding this individual have been overwhelmingly positive. It is unfortunate that your personal experience may have differed from that of other employees. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
