I love my hairbrella products. I purchased the sleep cap and the shower cap. The sleep cap is satin-lined and stays on all night. It does not leave imprints on my forehead. The shower cap has a suede-like feel on the outside and is satin-lined on the inside. It is completely water-proof and keeps my hair completely dry in the shower. The one issue I had is that the black dye on the black sleep cap that I purchased bled on my ivory pillowcase. However, after washing it in the washer, it did not bleed anymore. I love both products!

Aside from their swimcap, the sizes for everything are too small. It is like they used the least amount of material possible. Additionally, I returned the products, it was lost in transit, which seems to be a ongoing issues, customer service just told me to contact the carrier but I no longer have the tracking number, can't access the label link any longer and now I don't have products. Customer service is pleasant in their communication but not actually helpful. If you are unsure of if you want to keep this product, I'd recommend getting it from Amazon or some other reputable company because Hairbrella seems to be experiencing some shipping/customer resolution issues.

Customer service went above and beyond to make it right! I had an order that was lost in transit and instead of telling me to contact the carrier, the customer service team went above and beyond to ensure I received a new package. I am so grateful!

Absolutely love Hairbrella. Their products really work (swim cap is game changer) and delighted with the customer service experience.

I received a defective product. The plastic clasp on the bathing cap broke off the first time I tried it on. I have been trying to reach their customer service by phone and by chat for the last week to no avail. Their customer service is beyond terrible.

Company states it was shipped & delivered, I never received it. They charged me for shipping insurance yet I still told them I wanted a refund. I have no trust in this company and their customer service is horrible. Now they send me a message it's being shipped. I DON'T WANT IT, why can't they READ? Done - complaints filed everywhere and I want my money back.

Product returned, customer service acknowledged it was received, still waiting on refund customer service does not respond

Order for one hat placed on December 31, 2024. Order still has not shipped and customer service has not responded to my inquiry.
