I wore my cap once the black strap in…
I wore my cap once the black strap in back bled onto my pink cap after 1 wear and handwash. Just terrible

Package never arrived and no one is getting back to me
I ordered from hairbrella a couple of months ago and I have not received the product yet. I have emailed them and have not heard back. Very disappointing.

IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN PRODUCT
Product not as expected but UNABLE TO RETURN it. No returns address provided so I emailed Hairbrellla requesting an address They responded requesting information on my order so that a returns label could be sent & then absolutely nothing I have emailed the company repeatedly trying several different addresses. Nothing! Just ignored. I have never come across such appalling service. Unless you are 100% certain you are going to keep the product DO NOT ORDER FROM HAIRBRELLA.
