The customer service and products are amazing. I had a hiccup with an order I placed they reached out to me and shipping me a replacement just in time for my anniversary trip. Customer service like that needs to be highlighted. Thank you hairbrella you have a forever customer

I had an issue with my hair getting wet while wearing the Hairbrella swim cap. A representative contacted me and sent videos of the correct way to wear the Hairbrella swim cap. Best Customer. Service around. They listened to my issue and assisted me with resolution.. Wonderful product!

I bought a cap and was hesitant to use it because of conflicting reviews I read on social media. When I did use it, water came in under the cap. I reached out to Hairbrella to ask questions specific to my needs, and they responded quickly. The first time out, using their recommendations, I had NO water under the cap. In fact, I had to use my towel because the water was coming off the OUTSIDE of the cap, but my hair was completely dry, even at the edges. I am headed to a family reunion next week and will be taking my Hairbrella cap to swim❣

Bad customer service . this is the third time I am reaching to exchange a product and no response - maybe if I post here they would respond?

I have to honestly say that this is one of the best products that I’ve purchased off of social media. It’s does everything that’s advertised and looks very nice, unlike the average hair bonnet. The shipping was fast also. I will be purchasing more as gifts.

I got in on a sale and am happy I pulled the trigger. I had been looking at the products but never placed an order. A coworker of mine was wearing the scarf/rain hood during the winter and I asked him about it. He said he loved it, so that solidified my plan to purchase. I decided on the scarf and a sleep cap. Both are great products. The sleep cap is lightweight, comfortable and cute in the leopard print. I haven't gotten to wear the scarf yet but I know I'll love it. I will be a repeat customer. It also shipped quickly, fyi.

First of all, I wrote to Hairbrella to ask why my 1-star review on their website was not being published. (I wrote it over a week ago). I sent them an email about this, and I got a response about how to wear the swim cap with some promotional links disguised as education. They said they wanted me to be happy, and would refund me even past the 30 days. I responded that I would try their suggestions one more time (I have tried this cap 3 times with the same result-wet hair) but that I was still concerned that they were censoring my review. And now they haven't responded, and my review is nowhere to be seen. Given how many one-star reviews are here, and ZERO are on their website, it seems quite clear that this pattern demonstrates crooked behaviour. And when I try their additional suggestions at home (pulling the cap low enough to fully cover my ears) it's so low on my forehead that it would interfere with the seal of my goggles. Wearing it with my ears fully out is painful on my ears, and exposes my hair on the sides. Not to mention ridiculous-looking.

The products are not good, the regular size sleep cap and the sun hat could probably fit a child, way too tight. I have short natural hair and I fit regular in every thing else, I could barely get this on my head. The customer service is horrible, they have things on their site available for purchase that’s out of stock. It had been nearly 3 weeks and my item did not ship, after I reached out they tell me it’s out of stock, they didn’t send me any updates. It was only one in stock I went to their website and it did not indicate that. They need to spend less time and money on social media marketing and invest in a good quality product and better customer. You will get the first customer that way but not repeat customers and repeat customers is what keeps your business thriving. Also notice on their website they have zero negative reviews, they are misleading customers with not revealing all honest reviews.
