This is the perfect hat for my upcoming travels! As a curly haired girl, I’ve avoided wearing hats most of my life. Dealing with hat head and an all day pony tails is not an ideal option. Now that I’m an older curly silver, I worry about hair yellowing and of course skin damage. My new Hairbrella sun hat is a lifesaver! Foldable with a satin liner so it’s perfect! I can protect my hair and skin without worrying about taking it off indoors! No more hat head!

I ordered hairbella swim caps one child and adult I wanted to return the child cap but they told me the printing machine is not working for the return labels if I post it they would refund me the postage as the postage was more then the hat I didn’t return it as I knew I won’t get back my refund Also the cap is no good I’ve tried it and water is getting into it they are worse then the normal swim caps

I ordered the Infinity Rain Scarf. Product took forever to arrive. The color in no way matches what the website has for this item. This item cost $54 and the fabric is cheap-looking. It is also way too small for me. I sent an email to the company the day I received this item and asked for a shipping label so I could return in. I have sent an email every day for 7 days with no reply. I also left voice messages with Customer Service (no one EVER answers the phone at Hairbrella). I left a detailed voice message and finally got an email from Customer Service asking why I was calling. This company is deplorable. I can only assume all of their positive reviews are phony. Go to YouTube and watch the reviews of their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! My only recourse is to contact my credit card company and have them refuse the $54 charge for this hideous, cheaply made item.

Absolutely amazing service! Their turnaround time is phenomenal. I received my order even though it said 5 to 7 business days. I literally got it less than 2 to 3 days. They are amazing!!! if you reach out to them, they respond within 48 hours. I am so glad to be able to support a business like this customer service is everything.

I have emailed Hairbrella at all their emails. Their email addresses listed on their website and no reply. I have called and left a message and no reply.

I bought the regular size adult swim cap because I swim laps regularly and want to protect my dyed hair. I read the instructions and watched the tutorial video before using this cap, tightening the straps and leaving my ears out as recommended. These caps claim to be 100% waterproof and my hair was completely soaked after 30 minutes of swimming. Customer service sent me the smaller size, which also leaked. Then I tried wearing both at the same time, and still had leakage. I don't understand how they can claim 100% waterproof for swimming when not even two caps prevent leaking.

The swim cap doesnt actually work. Water still gets through. Upon complaining and there being a returns policy in place, I couldnt get hold of customer service. No one got in touch, even after several attempts to contact them via email and socials.

Hairbrella describes its products as Satin, but when my packages arrived, it clearly states on the packages that the fabric is satin polyester (the part that covers your hair)----well, that's going to cause a lot of sweat during the night, so this product won't work for me. I wish they'd advertise that it's satin polyester--instead of satin...thank goodness silk is the best fabric for hair, and not satin or satin polyester. I really wanted to love this product.
