I purchased the tan waterproof sun hat last summer. I took it to a Caribbean cruise. It really kept my hairstyle neat. I like that it has a thin bungee cord at the base of the hat and a chin cord. It really kept things in place and I liked that it was adjustable. Customer service was really great as well. I needed to exchange a color and it wasn't an issue at all.

First swim cap never arrived even though it said delivered, said they would replace. Communication stopped, try contacting them, nothing. No response, no refund! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I bought the swim cap and it leaked regardless of what I did and how tight it was. It was over my ears and I had watched a video on proper fit. To return my $39 swim cap, if they decide to accept my return, I have to pay $7.25 return shipping/restocking fee. Super irritating for a product that left my hair totally soaked when I was promised completely dry.

I wish I would have read the reviews for this company before I purchased their product because despite 4 emails regarding a return of their classic swim cap , I have not received a refund - they state that you have 30 days to return the item (which I returned within 2 days of purchase). I got one response from them saying they would reply in one day and that day came and went with no reply. I find this company to be unprofessional with no after care customer service. They are truly a buyer beware company.

I purchased a swim cap for my daughter and the order never went through, so I ordered it again and the order went through. The next day, ai found out that I had two orders. I am trying to return one and it says that I cannot return it because returns go with the order day not 30 after you receive it like other companies. I haven't even opened the package that I want to return and I don't need two.

If I could give a negative review, I would my husband ordered me a Sun hat middle of February said that it had shipped 2 1/2 weeks later still haven’t received it. Reach out to hair umbrella by email and zero response. I messaged them on messenger got a response saying they were apologizing for the misdirected shipping and they would re-shipped me another one that day that was 2 1/2 weeks ago still no product And when I inquired today about where it might be was told that the colour originally ordered was out of stock and they couldn’t ship it and if I wanted to pick another color, they would send it to me enough of the bullshit. I want my money back do not buy.

I ordered on 2nd March, there is no tracking showing and i cannot get an answer to any of my emails. I am inundated with promotions - really annoying. I would not recommend this company. Addition to my review I received this order on 31st March after numerous emails, I received no response at all. Further addition to my review Today 2nd July 2026 I received an email apologising for the lack of response.
