I purchased a swim cap for my 8 yr old daughter and it truly is a great item! Not only does it keep your hair dry, it’s also satin lined to help further protect your hair. My daughter can put it on & off on her own while she’s at swim lessons for school. The turn around time was also very quick. It stated 5-7 days on their site, but I received the item in about 3-4 days. If you need a swim cap & on the fence about purchasing, I’m telling you it’s worth it!

As a lap swimmer, I tried and tried to seal it properly. Not even a smidgin’ of my hair was dry. I gave up. The expensive cap has been in my swim bag for a year, now. Frustrating.

Products are cheap - got the nap cap- it’s so tiny and I have a small head! And poorly made- and waterproof infinity scarf- absolutely massive it looks ridiculous on and it’s super cheap looking fabric. Going through the returns process was brutal. I’m talking a month of back and fourth then asking the same questions over and over again (is it ai? Is it a new person every time?) until they finally gave me an address to return it to- which I of course had to pay for. Let’s see if they provide a refund even!

Delivery was 3 weeks late. Back and forth communication with company about it; we finally agreed that once the package arrived, I would refuse it and they would refund me my money. Refused delivery, sent them photo documentation. They acknowledged receipt of the returned merchandise and told me their accounting department would initiate the refund. I was told this on both March 25th and March 31st. Never received the refund. Initiated a PayPal claim to recover the funds. Not only could they not be bothered to press a button and give me my refund, but they have time to actively fight my PayPal claim. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

This does not work, I tested it by just going in the bathtub using several methods they suggested (above ears and over ears) tightened it so tight that impression marks are left on my head and all times just laying my head in the tub water my head was soaked within seconds. It is not water proof at all, do not use! Also they do not leave up negative reviews on their site, I wish I had found this site prior to buying as it is false advertising

I bought the hairbrella sleepcap. It does what they say it does. Doesnt slip off and gentle on my edges. Only gave it 4 star as the brown one i bought does stain my pillowcases

Like many other reviews on here that I wish I would have seen earlier, the hairbrella swim cap just plainly does not work. It does not matter how much you tighten the cap. It does not seal properly and water enters so that your hair gets wet. I cannot understand how they can claim that it is completely waterproof when it is definitely worse than a regular swim cap. Additionally, purchasing from Canada means that to ship it back cost half as much as the swim cap itself. Would not purchase from this company again. Its claims are dishonest.

I’m actually shocked to see some of the negative reviews on the swim cap because it works! I was skeptical at first but my hair was dry after using. I’ve been wearing it for swim classes weekly since January and it’s been amazing. No complaints. I think the key is to follow instructions and try what works for you.
