July 2026 update with company since previous encounter (below). So since then, a rep reached out to me to make things right. She was apologict and express empathy for my horrible experience I had encountered. I greatly appreciated that. She/they did delivered on everything she/they said they would do to make things right. I recieved my swim cap!!! I greatly appreciate someone reaching out to make the situation better and to reestablish their trust a company. That shows the company cares and their professionalism. It made me feel a lot better in wanting to make future purchases with them Unprofessional company Absolutely unprofessional. Elaiza was suppose to help with doing an exchange i orderedthe wrong size for my daughter. I sent back my original order to exchange for a bigger size and have yet to receive the new order. Per tracking info they received my return on the 15th yet Noone has reached out to me . Rachel said she will look into it this pass weekend around the 16th/17th but I have yet to hear from her or anyone. So I've paid for a product that I nolonger have. Unprofessional so I've had to open up an investigation

I received excellent customer service with Hairbrella. I have 5 sunhats that I travel with and outfits to match. When I reached out to exchange due to a sizing issue on my part, service was supurb. The hats are great quality and durable. I get lots of compliments. You can tell the difference in product quality. My cheapy hat that I carry in my favorite color feels stiff and low quality compared to my hairbrella hat. I only wear that when I need that color. If you are on the fence, and think the price is too high, watch for coupons. And can you reaĺly put a price to protecting your hair from breakage? No, you can't your worth it. Buy the hat(s). You will not regret it. Loyal customer, and when more color come in, I'll be back. Love the other products as well to help protect my sisterlocks.

Trying to get my money back for returning this hat. No one will respond to my emails. My phone call to Customer Service went to voicemail. It’s been weeks now and I’m still waiting. How are they in business? You don’t treat your customers this way! I shipped the hat back with the tags on it. Never wore it. It was the wrong color. They gave me a shipping label. Now it’s radio silence.

I have been trying to get ahold of this company through several emails, the customer service message box from their website, over the past week as well as phone calls. The product I purchased was defective. I ordered the XL Sport and followed directions accordingly to our on the cap and the seam broke immediately and water rushed into my cap. I have been completely led down by this product and so glad I did not have expensive treatment done on my hair when the product didn't work. I am deeply disappointed with hiw they are handling customer service yet still flood me with emails on buying more product. Hoping my credit card will help with the dispute.
