My order came faster than expected
My order came faster than expected, I love wearing my hat, especially when it’s raining or sunny outside, it protects my face, skin and hair all at the same time.

Awesome product and true to what they…
Awesome product and true to what they promise. Both my girls swim and this has kept their hair protected. Highly recommend!!

Returns are very difficult
I ordered a scarf. The quality seemed great but after seeing it on my head I realized it was not what I wanted so I asked for a refund. Getting them to approve a return is like pulling teeth with a lot of back and forth via email. Finally, I got a return label and sent back the product. They recieved it and said they would issue me a refund but it never came. I contacted them again to inquire and did not hear from them, so I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Edit to add: Hairbrella received my return on May 29th. On June 4th I emailed to inquire about my refund. They responded on June 5th saying that they will process my refund. I emailed them again on June 21st to say that I had not yet received a refund and that if I did not hear back from them I would dispute the charges. They attempted to process my refund on June 24th after the charges had already been disputed. This is unacceptable for a return that they received ONE MONTH prior.

I ordered a hat and then returned it…
Update: They reached out and gave my credit. But it should have been given earlier and it shouldn’t have taken a bad review to get them to respond. I ordered a hat and then returned it due to just didn't look good on me. They acknowledged the return via email and said the credit would be on card within 5 business days. almost 3 weeks later, I have not received my credit. I have emailed them twice and left a voicemail as they don't answer their customer service phone.

I have sent multiple emails looking for an order placed on 6/7/2026. I have no item and no email response but you have my money. I need your product or my refund. I was trying to support never again. Hairbrella makes great products
Hairbrella makes great products. I have purchased the sleep cap, shower cap, sun hat and bandanas and love them all. The silk lining protects my hair and keeps it from drying out. Shipping is fast.

I got a swim hat from hairbrella used…
I got a swim hat from hairbrella used it 4 times now but when I do lenths to swim and put my head in the water it leaks through the hat so it does not do wnat it says on the websites and all the videos it shows of people going in water and there hair being dry. Waste of money would not recommend it to no-one

My rating is all about the rainhat
My rating is all about the rainhat. Not the original one - I hated that one. The large brim one that Oprah likes - that one is amazing. After trying multiple items from Hairbrella, this is the only one I love and would buy again. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the other items I tried were not worth it. The rain hat is a keeper and I hope they keep making it and don’t ruin it by changing it. While the swim Cap was not useful, I do appreciate how quickly their customer service team responded and provided me a second cap. Unfortunately, after swimming for 20 minutes, my hair gets wet. Since it’s cute on and you can keep your hair in tack if able to pull into a bun, I can see it being useful for a water aerobics class or casual lounging in the pool without a lot of movement.
