They close your account at any given moment without any explanation. You can't build your business with them at all. So shady. Their support team don't even bother to study your case and just suspend your account and lock your payouts. They charge a Whopping 10% scam fee per sale and provide terrible service in exchange. Don't deal with them if you care about your business.

funny how there was only one review for 4-Stars i havent even tried using it much but i like the UI an ai recomended this site because it was free but i dont really want to connect my card because of the bad reviews in general i think its probobly a good site

Hice una devolución y no me han devuelto todo el dinero. Son unos ladrones, además de que fue una compra que no llegué a hacer porque no la finalicé por lo que no entiendo por qué no me devuelven todo. Primero me cobran una compra no realizada y luego se quedan con una parte.

The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I tried 4 different cards from different banks – either the bank declines the transaction because it considers Gumroad suspicious, or the website itself says the card isn’t supported. What exactly isn’t supported? It’s a regular international VISA card from a major European bank. How do you even operate like this?

If you’re considering Gumroad, read the reviews here first. My experience matches what many creators report: Gumroad keeps your money if your balance is under $10 and refuses any manual payout — even when you decide to close your account. It doesn’t matter that the money is yours, earned legitimately. Their answer is simply “we can’t do anything,” which leaves creators stuck with small balances they can never retrieve. This isn’t what a creator-first platform looks like. The lack of transparency, the inflexible policies, and the dismissive support responses speak for themselves. There are better, more respectful alternatives out there. I recommend avoiding this platform.

DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. SMOKESCREENS AND MIRRORS EXPERIENCE . ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT , NOT EVEN A BOT GENERATED COURTESY MAILMTOMSAY WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR QUERY/COMPLAINT AND RE LOOKING INTO IT. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO MASTERCARD WITH A REFUND REQUEST AND A RECOMMENDATION TO BLACK LIST THEM . WETHER IT IS INCOMPETENCE OR DELIBERATE FRAUDULENCE IS DIFFICULT TO TELL, BUT THE RESULT IS THE SAME. YOU WASTE TIME AND MONEY ON A PRODUCT THAT YOU PAY FOR BUT NEVER RECEIVE.
