Terrible service ! even if you put in a claim on time they will wait past the 30 days to…as they call “process your claim” and then tell you you’re too late and not do anything about it! this happened to me two years in a row, this company sucks it’s all fake, don’t pay your extra money for a warranty that doesn’t exist!

If I could give a zero I would. The plan is worthless, and should not be sold. They don't cover faulty fabric or faulty decorative stitching. Don't waste your money on this fake protection.

So many excuses for dishonering the policy.After all stain is a stain,but not according to Guardsman.DO NOT BUY A POLICY FROM THEM.

Good luck getting a reply from these people. Delay, delay, delay. Finally sent someone who could not fix the problem and now we get a reply from them saying they need to review it again and it will take 45 days to respond to us. This company is a RIPOFF. We bought our furniture from Ethan Allan. They should be embarrassed that they are selling this as an add on protection policy.

Total lack of customer service, no communication! Takes months to get the part. It’s a fixed part no need to measure Technician turns up WRONG COLOUR !!!!!!! They are too stupid to look at the order and get the correct part!! Could be months before it’s repaired

I bought my sleeper at JENNIFER CONVERTIBLES, WOODBRIDGE, NJ.(no longer that name) with a 5 year Guardsman Furniture Contract in 2019. In 2020, I filed a claim that the bracket/ frame broke. I've called (waiting 43 minutes), to argue and for this rude lady to tell me they can't fix it bc the furniture place was supposed to fix it during that time. I'm like, HUH?? 🤔 I've written registered/certified letters. No return calls!! Poor customer service! NEVER AGAIN!! I should've read ALL PREVIOUS REVIEWS!! Shame on you GUARDSMAN!! 😡

What a scam. Refused to honour the warranty on my brand new furniture because someone else paid for it (they purchased the furniture and sprays to furnish the brand new house I purchased). Absolutely ridiculous way to get out of a claim. Won't honour a claim from the 'original purchaser' either. Complete rort and the product was a waste of $200 as it doesn't work - I have stains on my furniture that won't come out. Don't waste your money!

I have just called and registerd a compliant , a few days later my claim was rejected as they dont believe the damage was accidental, and is general wear and tear. stitching has come undone its towards the end of a warranty but a few pounds for some stiching would have been better than my now view, is they are a pack of sharlertons and not worth my future business. but I hope as a potential new customer of guardsman products, tell the shop you are buying from to find another warranty company as Guardsman are very, very poor and do not offer a proper and fit warranty. I 100% will not buy this product in the future and for the store that sells this kind of warranty they are not getting my business.
