It materialised that it wasn't guardsmans fault, but a 'miss sale' from Harvey's (who have now bust). Guardsman couldn't source the material to repair the couch, so have offered a settlement amount as per contract. Stressful ordeal, but we got there. 4 stars as the application for claims is painfully slow.
