The technician Jon that came to fix our sofa was absolutely amazing. Very informative what he was doing. Very tidy dust sheet etc. Would recommend him 100%. Brilliant at his work. Super efficient. Sorted a problem for us no hassle at all.

Had a stain on the cushion. Emailed gaurdsman and had an appointment within a week. Mark the technician arrived on the date and time arranged and even gave us a call to let us know he was on his way, he was very polite and professional and cleaned the whole cushion. Very satisfied

Had a repair on our wood table. Fantastic job and all the marks have been restored to the the day we purchased it. John, who repaired the table was very polite and could not fault his service.

After reading all the bad reviews, I felt compelled to share my story. I had my recliner fixed quickly. I think the problem you may run into is if they can’t get parts. I purchased my recliner through Havertys and had no problems. Hope this helps

In Anticipation ! I have only had my chair 2-3 weeks and have not had occasion to need a repair or to experience your services but reading your reviews I guess I am in good hands if I require your help, Teri Barnett

I would like to thank Guardsman for their fantastic service . My claim was dealt with professionally and staff very helpful. My claim was resolved and can’t thank them enough. I would totally recommend anyone buying new furniture to take out the cover with Guardsman !

We had a warranty claim and we were helped out by Irene in warranty claims, who was extremely pleasant and helpful. Very good service.

A young man called Alfie came out to remove 3 stains that I wasn’t sure would come out. His knowledge was amazing and he did brilliant 👍🏻 absolutely over the moon 🙏
