Bought a sofa with a footstool. One part of the footstool wasn't working. Called on 1st week of April 2023, the inspection was booked for Mid May 2023, and part was ordered and expected to come in July 2023. Afterward, I will be booked for fixing (maybe 4-6 weeks again). Basically, it's a tiny hydraulic part. I am so annoyed that one little fix will take basically 4-5 months (still not done and waiting for the part). Thankfully nothing is wrong with Sofa. I can't stand how slow the system is. Nowadays anything you want can be delivered from one country to another very quickly. but 2 months to deliver a part is unexpected and unaccepted. This is our first time buying anything with Dfs but not again. 100% unhappy. I would rather give 0 stars for the service. I will update this post as they progress.

Bought a ten year warranty on my adjustable bed just stop working summited a claim they never have ever even came out and look at it just said no we are not fixing it must be nice just to go through life and take people money and never fix anything I will never give this company a dime of money again if they don't want to fix it then refund my warranty money

I submitted my claim over a year ago. I found out they had an old phone number and wouldn't honor my claim. Had havertys get involved and resubmitted again now guardsman still won't honor my claim stating past the warranty date funny though I still am in warranty until end of October this year 2023. This is by far the worst company in my experience and hope everyone reads this

Worst customer service!! They are very rude on call for simple question, no manners at all.

This is the worst warranty policy ever made. They would not cover my lazy boy love seat recliner. They sent the same tech out twice to check and he said it had a problem with the mechanical part of it. They got my money and would not cover my claim. Do not buy their warranty it a scam. They will find an excuse not to cover your damaged furniture. I bought their 5 year warranty it useless.

The worst, lousy service. 3-4 weeks out for appointment. When you do get one choose afternoon appointment. 3 times I choose morning 8am-12pm and they showed up at 1pm 12:35pm then one Time never showed up. Best thing to do is buy a Bissell and do it yourself.

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE. Do not waste your money on purchasing this. We were told one thing when we purchased this and spoke to their representative who informed us about their coverage. You have to wait hours to speak to anyone and they will deny you and say it is not in your warranty when you were informed otherwise when purchasing their plan. I submitted a claim online and they provided a generic email stating this is not covered from an email you cannot even reply back to. I tried calling to speak to someone multiple times and no reply. For escalations they transfer you to a line to leave a message where you receive no response back.

💯 scam Please don’t buy this scam of a coverage! You will find out your coverage conveniently does not “cover” whatever you thought is covered! My sectional is rained and it took them more than two months to get someone to come see it and another month to tell me it’s not covered! So what is? Off course sectional was being used in the two moths it took you to send a technician and stains may have faded a little… it does not take a big brain to know that! And the scam of having people hold for hours to get to a customer rep is so 2020 of you! Get it together… and know I will be posting. This review everywhere I can!! This is crazy robbery in daylight!
