SCAM!!!! Was convinced to buy this for my dining room set at Nebraska Furniture Mart. After jumping through a million hoops to make a claim I was denied for a burn that was on my table due to other wear and tear that they saw on the table (normal wear and tear for a table that is not the greatest quality and is over 4 years old). Their customer service is HORRENDOUS in every department. Their process is long, tedious, with little communication in between. DO NOT BUY- WASTE OF MONEY AND SCAM COMPANY. Glad Nebraska F.M. no longer contracts them as their main Furniture protection plan.

Worst company Ever! My Adjustable frame for my bed broke and when I put in a claim I received an email stating I would get a call within 7-10 days from a service Technician to come and fix it. Never got a call. Contacted customer service and they said they didn’t have a service tech in my area due to the tech having a death in the family and sent my claim to the resolution department and to call them. With many attempts in calling and being on hold for hours I got no word. I finally called NFM and they were so helpful. Received another email stating they would replace my base but now it’s no longer Available and they will give me the purchase price of what I paid and have to pay for the delivery and a new warranty. To top it off the price of the base to replace mine has doubled in price. I bought the warranty for protection. This company is worthless and do not recommend this to anyone. Why should I have to pay the difference for something that’s not available, delivery and another warranty? Oh wait to line their POCKETS!!!

Absolute trash. They take your money and won't honor your warranty. I have tried online, called and written letters. They are all being refused. I am 100% within the warranty period and have done all the correct things. Date stamped photos, proof of the time and date of damage. Even providing the receipt for the product that did the damage to the sofa. Which has a serial number , date and time. They keep telling me it's been over 30 days and refuse to talk. Absolute trash. Will be going to small claims court next.

Please don't buy there policy that is offerd when you purchased any sofas from dfs . They will not honour the service they say they will . Total disconcern for the customer ...but happy to take your money

Similar to all the other reviews. Guardsman is a scam, they will deny every claim even it’s initially approved. DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTY!

awful service and then have refused 3 times on different furniture. honestly say not even worth the paper this company is written on. cat scratches - there are too many. there is 1 oh because its two on two seperate chairs. are you serious? stains on sofa. this is when you moved in and therefore we wont cover that? how do you know ? seriously worst company EVER

Bought 6 barstools from Havertys and a year later two of them are separating from the frame on the legs. Guardsman sent an email stating this issue is covered and sent a repairman to access. He said yes, it could be fixed but he has to write it up and Guardsman will send someone to fix. Three weeks later Guardsman sent an email saying it wasn’t covered by the warranty! Seriously? After calling three times and being on hold for an hour at a time, I could fine no one from the resolution desk to talk to me. Never buy Guardsman EVER! It’s a sham!
