Missing items that were marked cancelled on packing slip. I never recieved a refund. All brussel sprout plants were infested with worms and were destroy in transit. No response to emails or phone calls. The phone number included with packing slip is disconnected. They sent out some sob story about how they were so busy that the customer service people need to help pack things however they send out at least one email a day to sell more items. 💩 I would suggest disputing charges with bank or credit card at this point.

Sue, this is certainly not how we wanted your plants to arrive. Could you add an order number here so we can contact you?

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. None, in fact. agree with many of the reviews. The plant I ordered has not arrived. Emails were not answered. Sob story, however, came by email explaining their problems, but they keep sending more emails with ever more plants for sale. Very disappointing. I wonder how they can be reported to their local BBB.
Update: I appreciate your reply. My order number is 494218. The order was confirmed on May 21, 2021. I hope you can either send the plant now or send a refund. I do not want points. Thank you. Susan
Further update: I received an email from Growjoy (note this happened only after my review at trustpilot). I was told my plant was not available due to crop failure. Also note: I ordered that plant in May and heard only now. I will NOT get a refund, only reward points to use at Growjoy. Now if that is not ridiculous, I don't know what is. Why would I ever order from them again?
Final update: i received a refund from Growjoy!!! Thanks to them and kudos to Trustpilot. End of saga.

Susan, please allow me to apologize for not being able to fill your order. We are happy to refund verses points. We will make that switch today and email you the refund receipt. Sincerely, Joe

**BUYER BEWARE**
**BUYER BEWARE**
I wish I looked up the reviews before ordering from GrowJoy. I placed an order #501760 and received my plants in about two weeks. A little long to receive them, but not a big deal. However, when I unpackaged my flowers I found there were only 3 out of the 5 plants that I ordered. The three I did receive, were in horrible shape with brown dead leaves and wilted beyond belief. Luckily, with a lot of extra care they are coming back to life.
The confirmation, tracking email, and packing slip from Gowjoy all showed 5 out 5 plants were shipped. Of course, they ones I'm missing are the most expensive plants ordered. They were the Perrenials, the ones I was looking forward to the most. I checked Growjoy's website and the plants missing still show in stock.
I have called, sent emails.
and used their "contact us" section on Growjoy's site. I have received no call back, nothing. I feel like I have been scammed. I say, stay far away from Growjoy! Unless, you want to throw your money out the window.

I really want to like Grow Joy and…
I really want to like Grow Joy and empathize with a small company that grew too fast. But, they should not have been and should not continue to advertise for all these plants that they cannot deliver. I purchased over $600 worth of plants from them back in November for this spring. I received a very late incomplete shipment (end of May). The plants are ok but did not set the world on fire. Like others, I have sent multiple emails, tried calling, etc. I still have $130.48 and 499 points to be refunded to my account. I do not want plants in July. I am so sorry to have to write this. But, this company should not have marketed so aggressively on line if it could not deliver, or it should have let people know in April that it could not deliver and refunded us so we could shop locally. I hope that I will hear from them soon about my request of June 22nd to cancel the remaining orders.

GrowJoy made it right
Edit Date: 07/23/2021
Wanted to let everyone know that I had ordered mums with my reward credits. Plants came on time as promised and all plants looked great and healthy. Turnaround time from order to receiving was within a few days. Though it took a bit, GrowJoy did make it right and put my reward credits on my account. Though my order was over $40, I still had to pay for shipping, but that was fine. Hoping GrowJoy is on the upswing and slowly getting ahead and caught up. Going forward, I will order from them again. I’ve updated my rating from 2 to 4.
Order #498145
Received order on 06/29/2021, which was as promised. However, on the website it indicated all plants were shipped. When I opened my box there was only one plant and a packing slip stating cancelled on the other six that I ordered. The plant I did receive, I will admit, was great. There was also a piece of paper regarding product/service information. It indicates the following: “While we were packing your order, we discovered an issue with the plant(s) you ordered. Unfortunately we will not be able to ship them. Please accept our sincere apology for this shortage. We have removed the affected plants from your order and have added Reward Points to your account to cover the amount you were originally charged for, which you can use for cash off on a future purchase.” That’s fine, however, there have been no reward points added to my account as of to date. I’ve emailed them three times and have called their number and there is a recording stating that the phone number has been disconnected.
While I understand the unfortunate circumstances that the company is in right now, customer service and transparency should be number one. Granted, I did receive an email with a you tube link indicating their struggles. There is nothing indicated on their website stating what is going on. I receive daily emails with promotions of plants with a percentage of savings. I honestly don’t quite understand that when they are struggling to begin with to fulfill orders. The company really needs to put something on their website that they currently not accepting orders and they also need to stop with the daily emails so that they can get caught up. Granted they have posted on their FB Page regarding their struggles, they did not indicate they have stopped accepting orders for the time being until they get caught up. By not doing so, they are creating their own perfect storm, so to speak.
Who knows if I will ever see those reward points added to my account. The interesting thing is on my account it shows all seven plants were shipped. Nothing showing that six plants were cancelled. At this time I’d rather receive a credit to my credit card.

Pam, I am sorry we were not able to fill the complete order for you. I just looked up your order and we have added 862 Reward Points. If this is not correct, please let us know. Sincerely, Joe

If I can give zero stars I would
If I can give zero stars I would. I bought a plant at the end of May, it’s now July and not even as much as a shipping notice. They never responded to any of my emails, they don’t have a phone number to call. This company is a scam and I am convinced I’ll never receive my plant. Save your energy and money don’t buy from there.

Broccoli came with worms - no response yet
Ordered broccoli. They shipped right away but when I received them, they were full of holes and had shipped with many broccoli worms. Emailed two weeks ago about a replacement or refund and no response yet. Ordered elsewhere and received great bug-free plans.

Paige, please accept my apology for the terrible condition of the plants. We will have your order refunded within the next 24 hours. Joe

Just horrible - RUN FAR AWAY
Just horrible. After months of writing to them and calling them and getting no answers about why they have not shipped my products yet, I opened a Paypal dispute. Within hours of the dispute being open, I received a shipping notification (mind it 2 and 1/2 months no contact until right after opening the dispute). Finally, I received plants but at least 75% of them were completely dead and the rest were barely alive and not in condition to survive. Fool me once....
