I ordered 7 plants from this company. Five of them came in good shape while two of them were broken in half upon arrival. I immediately emailed the company. I received a response 4 days later asking if I would like them reshipped, to which I replied that I would. Six days later I received another email stating my original tomato plant was no longer available. I responded with my alternative of choice. Four days later I received a reply stating my zucchini was now out of stock. I responded immediately requesting they mail the tomato as soon as possible and refund the zucchini which I decided to just get locally in the interest of time. Today (5 days from my previous email response) I received an email stating my tomato was now also unavailable. In total I have spent 19 days trying to get two plants I paid for with zero resolution. Suffice to say I WILL NOT be using this company in the future.

n't buy from this company unless you have a crystal ball that can predict whether a plant will die within 10 days of getting it. I ordered 3 Calobrachoa, a plant I have grown very successfully in the past. I planted all three immediately. One flourished, one is "hanging out" - not doing much and the third looked like it was struggling but might make it. After 2 weeks, it became clear to me that it wasn't going to make it. After I was able, with difficulty, get someone on the phone that had a pulse and a brain, I was told that it was outside their 10 day window for replacement. I had to take pictures, email them so they could decide. Several days later, I still hadn't heard anything. Back to the phone and another song and dance. I did finally get my money reimbursed because, of course, they no longer had the plants in stock. There are better companies to buy fr

I ordered a batch of vegetable plants. The order processed quickly and shipped quickly... I ordered 4 tomato plants, 5 pepper plants, and one eggplant... the tomato plants arrived in good shape and are already ( less that a week later) significantly bigger. The eggplant seedling is thriving too, along with all but two of the pepper plants... one pepper plant arrived wilted and did not recover. another of the pepper plants does not look great but may recover. I have sent a message to Growjoy with a photo of the one pepper that did not survive... I have not heard back from them as yet...
