Dan, we’re sorry for the frustration with your order. When the order was placed, a later ship date was requested, so we adjusted the shipping schedule. Unfortunately, we missed getting it out the following week, and that delay is on us. After that, you let us know you would pick the order up, then later asked us to ship it instead. Your tomato plants are now on the truck and should arrive within 1 to 2 days. Update: Mark, our customer support team mentioned that you create a ticket Saturday after opening the box that stated "Two of the plants arrived out of the soil with that was in the plastic containers, stems were bent as well. I'm going to try to see if they can be saved...but, don't have too much hope." Was this two plants with issues or all of them? There was also mention of them being incorrect varieties in your message. I did leave you a phone message and an email but have not hear back yet. Please let me know how to proceed. Also, we guarantee our plants to arrive in great condition, so we will take care of this with you. I have personally left you a voice mail and emailed you. I look forward to your reply. Dear James, I sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced regarding your plant delivery. Let me clarify the situation and explain how we're addressing it. Your order was placed after last week's shipping was completed and was scheduled for this week's shipment. The order did ship as scheduled; however, we understand you decided to cancel after it had entered the shipping process. We've contacted our delivery service to request the return of the plants. If they're unable to intercept the package, please refuse delivery when it arrives. Your order has been fully refunded as requested. Regarding our customer support, we process tickets every weekday. However, our support staff doesn't work on weekends, which may have caused a delay in our response. Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM. To ensure this issue is fully resolved, we will follow up with you early next week to confirm the status of the return and refund. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Barbara, I am sorry to hear about your frustration. I checked all your orders and do not see one for this year. I do see other years, but not this year.
