Don’t waste your time with this company. Good sales but plants arrived half dead and in pitiful shape. I ordered petunias during their June 25% off sale. Received tracking number 6/15, order arrived 6/18. All plants were dead or dying with dead crispy leaves and/or yellow spots. I feel stupid and embarrassed knowing I paid for this crap. I can’t plant these anywhere. And I shouldn’t have to nurse these twigs back to health. I paid for healthy plants. Not dying twigs. I’ve called, but number is disconnected. I’ve sent email with pictures, no response. Customer service is non-existent. Plants are in miserable shape. I want a refund. This company should be ashamed to ship plants like this to paying customers. I have the crappy pics as proof.

This is an excellent company to get plants from! Everything is packaged nicely and secure ! The plants I have received are all flourishing and the company is very proactive with care documents in the shipments! I have ordered twice and have been very pleased with everything!

Ordered plants on 4/15- never answered any of my many emails, received my tomato plants june 11th. Plants are small, One of my plants on my other order was cancelled on my packing slip. no word, no refund. The pictures looked so good, that's about the only good thing about my order. Buy in person.

Do not order! I just received my order and 2 items were not sent. A note included in the package apologized and said I would receive points for future orders. I don’t want points. I want a refund. I didn’t return anything. They were unable to fulfill my order. Additionally, my so called points were not even added on to my account. Sent two emails with no response and the phone number that was on my receipt is disconnected.

Placed order 5/30/21. It's now 6/24/21 and I have emailed them several times (I can't find a phone number) with NO RESPONSE. About to file a dispute with PayPal

UPDATED - Echoing the majority of reviews here - do not shop at Growjoy - do not spend your plant money with them. They are very good at taking orders - monitoring let alone filling those orders - not at all. They promise shipment within 2-4 days of ordering - they are unable to respond to queries in that amount of time. On the other hand I get an email from them everyday with some new “special deal”. Here’s a thought - fulfill all your existing orders before taking/soliciting new ones. Seriously someone in “upper management” needs to step in and get back to basics, ie customer satisfaction. How whomever runs this business can ignore this plethora of negative reviews is incomprehensible - unless of course that’s the point/goal. Bottom line - go somewhere else for your plants - you’ll be happy you did. Order # 500758 UPDATE - The good news - my six Gaillardias arrived. The bad news - they are in horrid condition. If any of these survive I’ll be shocked. Unfortunately I can not post pictures.

Placed order 5/3/21 Received the astilbe, actually a healthy plant. Was to receive my hardy Hibiscus the week of May 31, called the first of June and recording said all customer service personnel has been pulled to fill orders, then sent an email requesting shipping date, heard nothing. Waited a few days and emailed again with no response. Just called today, June 24 the the toll free number has been disconnected, again sent email, awaiting response in meantime have contacted my credit card company also.
