Great service. In states with sales tax, it’s an absolute no-brainer.

Ordered a $4k tv on black Friday for $2800. The tv arrived on my doorstep by December 11th. Every question i had was answered, every issue I had(second thoughts/second guessing) was responded too and I was given the option to back out and cancel shipping. Even when there was a minor issue with the shipping company my problems were immediately addressed. Don't get fooled like I did after reading the negative reviews, the process wasn't perfect but the communication was above and beyond.

I had an excellent experience with Greentoe. I was slightly skeptical at first, because their site’s UI design doesn’t inspire great confidence (side note: Greentoe, it’s time for a redesign), but the business is totally legitimate. I’m sitting here with the lowest-possible prices on a brand new home theater setup (two separate purchases - a Sony Bravia 9 & a Samsung Q990D soundbar). Their customer service was super communicative and helped facilitate tax-free transactions for my partner (a diplomat, not a perk available to everyone) with their retail network. But point is every time I had a question, they answered it. Thanks folks, thrilled about my new setup and the experience overall.

The whole purchase / delivery process was smooth and seamless. Not to mention I got a great price on a new OLED TV. I’ll definitely use them again.

I will be brutally honest. I ordered a TV from Greentoe & I had to return it due to damage. However, after speaking with customer service I decided to re-order and they went above & beyond to explain to the retailer of my problems & recommended preventative measures (which they followed). My TV arrived yesterday & is perfect. Even the delivery people (who were on a tight schedule waited for the TV to get turned on & fully setup to ensure there were no issues. After everything, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The willingness to go above & beyond was so refreshing after dealing with other companies (i.e. Amazon) who really did not care at all that my order did not ship. If you are considering purchasing any new electronics - you simply cannot go wrong with Greentoe AND you save money as well. Thank you very much from a very satisfied customer.

I had been on the lookout for a good deal on a new TV to replace my 15-year old small one. As soon as Halloween was over I started scouring for good deals - I had done my research and I knew what that looked like. I wasn't finding anything to my liking. I came across Greentoe and decided to give it a try. After I put my offer in I was ready to be disappointed but a few days later it was accepted! And at the price point I was happy about. I had my new TV in hand within a week and it's fantastic. Now if I ever need to look for something and I want a good deal, Greentoe will be the first place I check! I've already recommended it to my family and friends.

(Note: Waited to post the review until I have received the goodies.) It's Nov, and it's getting close to Black Friday. I've been eyeing a camera and lens set for ~1-2 months (thanks to all my work travels this year) and haven't seen any deals. Granted, the camera has only been out for ~1 year, so it is still relatively new, but I was stubborn to find a deal. I've been searching around a lot then I came across Greentoe via reddit. To be fair, I've never heard of nor used Greentoe, so I was initially hesitant? There were multiple threads with different people having a great experience with TVs, cameras, and other electronics, so I ended up trying Greentoe. I went on the site, found the camera and lens, and put in an offer that I thought was reasonable based on what I saw on B&H, keh, and mpb. I got a better deal (new camera and new lens) even when comparing to the lowest used prices on those sites. I received an offer within ~1-2 days, which was extremely quick as well. Greentoe also followed up with me a couple of times—once for checking in on the offer, and the other time to notify me about payment—and both times they were friendly, helpful, and professional. The overall experience was pretty good! TL;DR: Greentoe passes my litmus test: Would I come back and purchase from them again? Yes—yes I would. They have earned a spot in my rotation of websites to search for deals.

I had been told about Greentoe a year or so ago as I wanted to get a new TV. I did put in some real low offers, and didn't get any accepted, but this time I put an offer in that was a little more reasonable, I received a counter that was a very good, if not great price, and I took it. It was a good experience and transaction.
