Like many others, I was skeptical at first, but overall had a very positive experience. Bought a brand new Sony Alpha A7R VI camera for a great price, much cheaper than any place else, but still through a certified reputable retailer. Even better, once payment went through I received the camera in only 2 days. Item was exactly as described, brand new. Overall a great experience and I'll definitely use Greentoe again.

I was looking for Denon x3900h AVR, Searched on Google and saw a Greentoe listing for 449, ordered through Greentoe, got confirmation, order showed as processing, then after 2 days received a brief email saying it was canceled due to a technical pricing error. No real solution. I planned around this and missed other deals because of it. Seriously disappointing. An accepted order should mean something

Greentoe has gotten me better prices than any other website including Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon, etc. However, the shipping and communication experience is really, really poor. Some items take up to 2 weeks to receive. Greentoe is simply an intermediary and once your offer is accepted by a seller, the seller takes over, doesn't communicate well, doesn't deliver on a timely basis. And the seller just dumps it on a shipper who communicates less. You actually never hear from the seller, just get a shipping notice, faulty tracking data, and the shipment never arrives when they say it will. Have done it twice now for TV and it is a horrible shipping/customer service experience. Honestly, the savings are not worth the hassle. I probably would not do this ever again. I will just stick with Best Buy and Walmart, so much more straightforward and fast shipping.

Like several others here, I had my doubts about this ... because the price they were offering on a 65" LG TV was hundreds below the next lowest price I could find ($1499 everywhere plus tax, but they had it for $1279 all in). I did my research on Greentoe and everyone said they're a legit site ... so I took a leap of faith and ordered from them. So glad I did. No surprises, got exactly what I ordered at the price advertised. Their communication is excellent - I knew exactly (well, within a 6-hour window) when the TV would be delivered and how I needed to register it. I am now a huge fan and will be checking Greentoe whenever I have a high dollar value item to purchase.

I was skeptical at first because the deal seemed to good to be true, far cheaper than anywhere else I'd seen, but I decided to try it anyway and am I glad I did. My 80lbs order came in just a couple days in perfect condition!

The process from start to finish was very good. Correspondence was also very good, satisfactory pricing and the product was received as advertised...new, excellent condition and works great. A+ excellent

Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid. Ordered a stovetop on 20July 26. As of 18 Aug 26 it still has not arrived. Contacted support for both Greentoe and the assigned vendor and was told a restocking fee would apply on a return for a product I did not even receive. When delivered (after multiple calls) the delivery men were unable to install due to not bringing the correct adaptors.

Great deal on LG TV. Greentoe matched me with a seller of a high end LG TV. The price almost seemed too good to be true but they are legit. The TV arrived from Electronics Express with no issues.
