This company is Fantastic bought a new tv and over all saved 900. dollars have you ever heard the saying if it’s too good to be true it probably isn’t it sure doesn’t apply to Greentoe extremely satisfied will be using them again

Accepted an offer a week ago. Order has been showing pricessing for a week. For last 4 days Ive sent 3 emails asking foe an update or cancellation and get no replies. Regretting I gave any personal info to this company and will be checking credit repirt to make sure nothing funny happens, as from what im seeing they do not conduct business as a reputable company. Hopefully they are just very disorganized and I can walk away unscathed.

It's true! Greentoe finds and negotiates with retailers willing to sell products well below MSRP. They got me a new Sony A95L 77" TV with the 1-yr warranty that ordinarily retails for nearly $5000 for $4,125, tax and shipping included. Given that California sales tax runs near 10%, the adjusted pre-tax price was about $3,800, for a 25% savings. The process itself is a bit unnerving because they will not reveal the name of the seller until you make the purchase. But I swallowed my concerns, made the deal, and was very pleased.

I purchased my first item on Greentoe a week ago. I is a Sony 77” tv. Placed an offer and it was accepted in a couple minutes. Payment was easy and received the Tv a week later. I must admit, I was skeptical at first but I can say without a doubt this site is awesome. Simple as making an offer. I now going to bid on a sound system for the tv. Highly recommended

We were unfamiliar with the company and a little hesitant at first, but the communication was outstanding. We received exactly the LG TV we had ordered at an amazing price, with no problems. My first buy from Greentoe . Samsung HW-Q990D_za....this is usa version with usa warranty. What they sent me.... They sent me Q990D ZC...this is Canadian. Version. With canada warranty...no good in USA.... They gave me 150 dollars back for the screw up....I keep the sound bar. Was this screw up done on purpose or is this bait and switch?....I will leave it at this ...let's see what others post

I had a great experience with Greentoe recently. I was slightly skeptical at first, because the prices were too good to be true, at least that's what I told myself, as I came across the site by chance. I had googled the Sony Quad theatre system, and one of the results was from Greentoe. I obviously checked it out, and then just Googled Greentoe to see what I could find out, and on the Reddit boards it seemed legit. I took a chance and ordered the system through them and I am impressed. My offer was accepted, Greentoe support followed up to inform me of next steps, answering any and all questions, and a day after I placed my order it was shipped out, and the following day it was delivered via FedEx. I wasn't expecting such fast service, and my package was brand new, no re-packs, so I am more than happy. As a matter of fact, I'm ordering a subwoofer from them after I finish posting this review. I am telling everyone I know who is looking to purchase electronics to check them out before they go and order anything. This is one satisfied customer and if anyone is on the fence about purchasing via Greentoe, I say go for it.

I find it hard to believe all the positive reviews about Greentoe. My offer was accepted but the status of my offer did not change for about a week. I sent an email to customer support asking if there was a problem to which I did not receive a response. Today I received an email stating that my offer had to be expired because they did not receive payment information. BS I was required enter all the payment information that was valid prior to submitting a offer if the CC payment information was incorrect the system would not have allowed me to make an offer. I don't believe this is a legit way of buying items as Greentoe does not operate as outlined on the website. I have tried calling the customer support number 888-840-0464 several times and just get a recording no one answers the phone. LEGAL QUESTIONS How can my offer expire if it was already accepted by Greentoe? Greentoe response - We are sorry to inform you that you did not clear the retailer's pre-authorization screening so we will be unable to process your order Response- pre authorization occurred when Greentoe validated my CC payment information prior to making an offer. At this point the CC information was accepted by all as a valid form of payment. Greentoe accepted the offer and the transaction was allowed to move forward so the payment was pre-authorized because the Greentoe process would not have accepted an un-authorized form of payment and an offer would not have been permitted. From Greentoe -Your offer was accepted but we never got payment information Response- all the payment info was entered prior to being allowed to make an offer. Greentoe had all the payment info they required. This contract is binding both ways the contract states the buyer cannot cancel the offer this applies to both buyer and Greentoe it appears Greentoe canceled the offer legal responses welcome
