GreentoeReviews of greentoe.com

First time using Greentoe and amazed that I was able, after modifying my bid, to snag a mirrorless camera accessory at a fair price below MSRP. I only rate this 4 stars because ordering was cumbersome. The credit card transaction was flagged as potentially fraudulent by CC company so I had to respond to text that I did authorize the charge. I wanted 4 of the items so Greentoe had to create 4 separate transactions. Went through the CC nonsense until the 3rd and 4th items gave option to pay directly from PayPal to vendor. I appreciate looking out for fraud but made the transaction cumbersome. It is also taking a couple of days to ship, unlike Amazon or ordering full price directly from vendor. Now I know in the future to allow several days before I actually need an item. So not great for a last minute overnight purchase like Amazon. But I appreciate the service, the discount and the fact that as advertised product is coming from authorized dealer.

Solid 4.25 Stars. A little delay in communication but at the end of the day, I received my lens at a great price and was able to register it with no issues. I will definitely consider using Greentoe again.

Okay, I half figured Greentoe was a scam, but knew I was protected through my CC co, so took a shot. Glad I did. I saved a nice chunk of change on my LG 55" OLED TV. My only issue is how radio silent they are post purchase. I was expecting more updates (pretty common with other online stores) as Greentoe is a conduit, so it's a bit confusing on who to reach out to for updates-Greentoe or the actual company fulfilling the order. I ordered just after Christmas so the 1-2 day shipping wasn't happening for me (hence the need for more updates). Other than that, and knowing what I now know, I'll def use them again. BTW-Greentoe's deal beat Amazon's price by a healthy amount.

I was skeptical when a friend recommended Greentoe but am super glad they did. I was in the market for new TVs but had limited local businesses to shop. Plus I hate dealing with salespeople. I knew what I wanted, put in a bid, and the process was complete in about a week. Thrilled with the products and with Greentoe.

It works, I got an electric range 20% cheaper than the MRP. There was a little issue in the beginning but Greentoe was responsive and fixed the problem.

It was good experience in overall. I got my Canon 90D body for $1000 when everywhere else its $1200. Shipping took two weeks which made me a bit nervous but I got my item brand new with all the accessories and manual. I would buy again from them for sure. Customer support from Greentoe was great. They replied very quick and kept me updated with shipping progress.

Greentoe guarantees that they will provide you a legitimate receipt from the authorized dealer. They clearly state this in their FAQ This is needed in order to submit for warranty coverage of your purchase. I purchased a 65" LG OLED brand new for a great price. However, no receipt was sent. Thus I am unable to register for the LG warranty. Since this cost several thousand dollars, buying from a legitimate authorized dealer and having warranty coverage is paramount! Hence, why I bought via Greentoe since they promise these things! When I reached out to customer support, Jeff was very responsive and had the authorized dealer email me a copy of the invoice the very next day. Jeff handled the issue professionally and efficiently, and resolved the issue sufficiently.
