Three days after being accepted and order being in process, Greentoe nor merchant have not notified me that credit card company has not approved the charge! Three days passed and item hasn't shipped as 1-2 days ship claim! Dissatisfied that I can't put together the other audio equipment without the item being not shipped on time due to their inaction! On top of that, merchant shipped UPS ground that took over a week! Also BofA credit card always blocks charges without notification! All these playing together left me unsatisfied 😡

So far not impressed. My offer was accepted, saving over $200 over retail (that’s the good news), but I’m guessing the camera was not in stock as 9 days later it still hasn’t shipped— but boy they sure charged my cc right away! No indication when it will ship either, and no way to cancel the offer once accepted, irregardless whether or not an item is in stock. There is no way to contact customer service except via online form or email. I’ve sent two, and after 4 days no response. Total crickets. Not likely to do business with them again.

Horrible experience that unfortunately still isn't over. I made an offer on a Sony television that was accepted within 15 minutes. After being stuck in "offer accepted" status for days, I emailed support over a couple of days to finally be told that they would not honor the accepted offer. Blame was placed on the retailer for selling more televisions than they had in inventory. Their joke of a fix was that I could pay close to $150 more to get the television I had bid on. That should have been my clue to avoid a purchase but unfortunately I did not. Ended up settling for a TCL that was $50 higher than local retailers but saved me some cash on taxes. I accepted and asked if I could upgrade to expedited shipping due to the other offer not being honored. That's was a week ago, and after numerous calls and emails the only information I can get is that my television is in transit somewhere and I might receive a call next week to schedule an unknown date for delivery. Honestly the worst retail experience in my adult life. Do not recommend, gave 2 stars purely based on decent email response time. Also, I never could receive an answer on their toll free customer support line, not once.
