GreentoeReviews of greentoe.com

Just tried greentoe for a major purchase for the first time and couldn't be happier.i heard about greentoe recently in a forum..i saved $1,600 off of the lg c9 77 inch.tv came quick after my offer was accepted..tv is brand new and from an authorized dealer.i will be going to green toe for all future purchases..highly recommend you try them.

I tried Greentoe a few weeks ago. I am very please with my experience. They saved me over $300 on a TV. The process was easy and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I received my TV. I did my homework before purchasing from Greentoe. They have been around since 2014 and have an excellent reputation and great ratings across many publications. I vouch! They are awesome.

THIS IS A SCAM! Don’t waist your time. On January 3 I submitted an offer for a Sony OLED 65” TV and it was accepted January 7. Now 3 weeks later, while my account still indicates my accepted offer is “being processed”, I have heard nothing from the company and my many attempts to contact them via email and telephone have been completely ignored. In my opinion, the positive reviews found online must be submitted by Greentoe stakeholders.

Bought a 77 OLED LG TV on 11/26/19. Bid low, they countered with a fair low offer from an authorized retailer, I accepted. A few days ago the TV came and we are loving it. Can't reveal the retailer, but it was legit and I was able to register it with LG since the retailer was authorized. I'll definitely consider this site again for future purchases based on this experience. Only negative is you have to wait a few more days for your TV, but worth it if you save a ton for the same thing you can pick up at a competing authorized retailer.

Greentoe says "name your price". When you name your price you get an email asking you to raise your offer price to 10-15% less than the "least price everywhere else". That "least price everywhere else" is an elevated price. For example a product is launched newly in the market for $1000, then the price of the same product with discounts and other promotions drop to $800. Now Greentoe references $1000 not $800 ! If sufficient research is not done about the product price, even $790 compared $1000 seems a good deal if we don't know about the same product being sold at $800! Also all returns will attract 10-15% of price as restocking fee! For the products I submitted offers, I didn't see the value Greentoe claims to offer! For me it is not worth the time and haggle! I would buy from a store or legit online retailers with receipt and warranty and no charge for returns(just in case) Also as some of the reviewers have mentioned here, if there is no receipt, there will be no manufacturer warranty; for which you already paid for and what Greentoe promises aloud!! If you want to return the product for the reason of not receiving the receipt and warranty, you will be taxed with return shipping and/or 10-15% of re-stocking fee!!! Legit pricing is just not selling the product, it should cover warranty and returns. All of these aspects of Greentoe seem more of a scam than real value.

It was good experience in overall. I got my Canon 90D body for $1000 when everywhere else its $1200. Shipping took two weeks which made me a bit nervous but I got my item brand new with all the accessories and manual. I would buy again from them for sure. Customer support from Greentoe was great. They replied very quick and kept me updated with shipping progress.

This is my second purchase of relatively high end Sony FE lenses and both experiences have been positive. New USA products with receipts from authorized dealers, prompt shipment and significant savings. Have recommended Greentoe to others who had the same positive experience.

The shipping was fast and the service was great! I really like the item I received.
