GreentoeReviews of greentoe.com

My buying experience was wonderful. The purchase was confirmed quickly and delivery was on time by the shipping agent. Greentoe customer service was available throughout the process and was very helpful. I definitely would buy through Greentoe again!

Horrible experience that unfortunately still isn't over. I made an offer on a Sony television that was accepted within 15 minutes. After being stuck in "offer accepted" status for days, I emailed support over a couple of days to finally be told that they would not honor the accepted offer. Blame was placed on the retailer for selling more televisions than they had in inventory. Their joke of a fix was that I could pay close to $150 more to get the television I had bid on. That should have been my clue to avoid a purchase but unfortunately I did not. Ended up settling for a TCL that was $50 higher than local retailers but saved me some cash on taxes. I accepted and asked if I could upgrade to expedited shipping due to the other offer not being honored. That's was a week ago, and after numerous calls and emails the only information I can get is that my television is in transit somewhere and I might receive a call next week to schedule an unknown date for delivery. Honestly the worst retail experience in my adult life. Do not recommend, gave 2 stars purely based on decent email response time. Also, I never could receive an answer on their toll free customer support line, not once.

This is my first experience with Greentoe, I had been looking at a particular sound bar for a while. Placed an aggressive offer then less than 24 hours later received a very fair counter offer which I accepted for a substantial savings for myself. The interaction was very easy and the item shipped quickly. I will be using Greentoe again in the future !!!

Purchased a Sony A7R IV from Greentoe and got a great deal on a new camera with s USA warranty. It took two days to ship, and two day shipping. Very happy, so happy in fact, that I have made an offer on two Sony lenses!

Another fantastic Greentoe experience and I am amazed at the price I got. Will definitely be using them in the future.

A bid was accepted for a Canon RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM lens. After several days of waiting, I contacted Greentoe for an update. The Greentoe support team could not get any response from the vendor after multiple emails. They told me that they were having issues getting a response from this vendor for all orders. Maybe Greentoe should be proactive and block this vendor? I read multiple issues with this vendor on camera forums. After 10 days since the payment was processed, I issued a credit card dispute and notified both the vendor and Greentoe. Finally I got a response and was told that the item was out of stock and they did not have an ETA for the replesmint order. Totally unacceptable that they do not provide any update for 10 days. Greentoe was not helpful in contacting the vendor. Don't expect active help from Greentoe if you have issues with your order.

I ordered from Greentoe for the first time and came away very impressed. Aside from getting a great deal on Samsung TV, their communication was excellent. Normally you get an automated email you can’t reply to with other companies, but with greentoe you are able to get questions and concerns answered quickly.

I've use Greentoe 3 times now. Each time has been a great experience where I was able to get a great deal. Even when there were problems on the retailer's side, Greentoe was able to work with them on my behalf, and everything went smoothly for me.
