Tried to buy a washer/dryer from this organization. It was a waste of time. Price quoted for the dryer was about the same as Home Depot, I requested that they match the same price on the washer as the dryer. They told me I wasn't being 'realistic'. I asked them to cancel my request. What I can say is that Wayfair and U. S. Appliance were both cheaper than Greentoe, my specific reason to try to use this company was that I wanted to use an interest-free line of credit. They did not save me money and they did waste my time. Perhaps they are less expensive on some items, but in this case, I would give them a big fat "F".

I purchased a home theater receiver, this was my first time using Greentoe. Everything went great! Communication and tracking from the time my order was placed until it quickly arrived at my door. A++

Received the item I wanted at a substantial discount. My bid was accepted on a Monday night and I received the TV from a reputable seller on Friday. Greentoe is extremely user friendly. I have already recommended Greentoe to friends and family. Very impressed, and I will use again.

I was seeking to purchase a Sigma E-mount 24-70mm f/2.8 lens and decided to give Greentoe a shot. The lens I was trying to buy retails at $1100 and to the best of my knowledge has never gone on sale before. I submitted an offer of $950, which received a counteroffer of $1020. I then further countered with $990 which was ultimately accepted (this was a price that matched the best possible price for the lens given that B&H was having a sale with a coupon code that gave 10% off on a lot of different equipment, but seeing as B&H would charge me tax, this still represented a pretty big savings). The retailer proceeded to get the lens shipped out quite promptly and I received it about 3 business days later! The lens arrived in perfect condition, box and everything, could not be more satisfied with how the transaction unfolded. Looking through other reviews, it seems like maybe buying large appliances is a little more cumbersome of a process, but for photo needs, Greentoe was awesome!

My bid was accepted for a refrigerator on 9/25/20. On 9/26 I received another offer for $1,100.00 over my accepted bid. On 9/27 I was again offered a higher price vendor or for $165.09 less than my original accepted offer I would have to wait until at least 11/12/20 for delivery. I opted to wait for delivery. On 9/28 Greentoe cancelled my contract due to delivery delays. If the vendor and I agreed to offer, why was Greentoe able to cancel this offer. Was there even a vendor to begin with? Did Greentoe not foresee enough commission to honor this purchase? Please stop wasting peoples time on bait and switch schemes. Your site would have been alot more honorable if you would have just rejected my offer to begin with.

I was comparing the 2 normal websites that I use, for a music gear purchase, and they had exactly the same price for the item I wanted. I decided to also try Google's "shopping" option...a price $40 less came up, from a company (Greentoe) that I'd never heard of. I was skeptical, but read about them and thought it was a brilliant concept. I told some friends, after ordering, and they all laughed and felt I had fallen for a scam. Today I received the exact item I'd ordered, for a roughly 25% savings, and the last laugh is mine! Thank you Greentoe!

I was initially hesitant because I've never used the service and it seemed too good to be true. However, I've successfully used them for 2 major purchases and saved a few hundred dollars. As Greentoe stated, I dealt with authorized resellers, so my purchases are covered by the manufacturers' warranties. Shipping times are roughly the same as if you ordered the item directly from the resellers website. My only advice to get an offer accepted or receive a counter offer, is to be realistic with the price. Don't expect anyone to accept a $500 offer for a $2000 item. It's more likely to be accepted or counter offered if you offer $1500.

Overall, great experience and a fairly simple process. I had never used Greentoe before and when I did a Google search for the kamado grill product I was looking for, every store had the same price except for Greentoe. I was a little skeptical at first but then, after doing my research and seeing that this in fact was a legitimate site, I decided to pull the trigger. I saved approximately $400 off of the cost that everyone else was charging. I received the product in a relatively decent delivery time frame. Just to be clear, Greentoe acts as the intermediary between you and the online store that you are buying the product from. My own personal experience with the online store that accepted my bid was quite good.. I am not sure about other people's experiences; however, mine was very satisfying. I would use Greentoe again, assuming that they had the product I was looking to purchase.
