Great experience that saved me $$$$, and quick, free shipping!

Awesome experience with Greentoe. Ordering was a snap, and order execution/shipping was swift. I received a minimum of 4 emails/day telling me where my TV was. Delivery was a non-issue. Greentoe even took the initiative of filling out all the warranty information and sending that to the LG website. That's service over and above. I would highly recommend them and plan to order another TV after the holidays.

Greentoe was great! Received a brand new camera hundreds of dollars off of retail price. I plan on using them again for lenses.

I ordered a Sony RX100VA but got the older model RX100V. I was not able to resolve the dispute despite emailing back and forth both Greentoe customer service and the camera store.

Not worth the time. Limited communication - must wait for someone to msg or email you. Responses often took days for a response. Had a contract, then the retailer apparently backed out a week later. Still the offer remains on Greentoe's website. This appears to be a one person operation.

I bought an electric cooktop. I saved a little over $100. The customer service was responsive. I would buy from them again.

I've been given the run around for 11 days as to when my item would ship. When they finally do respond, I'm told 'it will be processed today". Days and days go by without my order being shipped and they've completely stopped responding to email. If you try calling them you will receive a recording telling you to email. This used to be a good company. Now it's a farce

First time using Greentoe and it was really simple and the price was great.
