This company is the absolute worst to work with. Crappy customer service, they sent me out the paperwork for the WRONG LOAN!!!! When I try to make a payment they insist nothing is due, so that they can get you to pay interest. You can’t contact customer service unless you continually put in incorrect numbers so someone has to answer. No way am I giving them my bank account info for payments. I’m going to pay the entire balance in full with a check and pray they can even process a transaction. Don’t deal with this company if you can avoid it.

I wish I had done my research prior to agreeing to a loan with this company. This company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. They also grant loans through shady businesses and do nothing for the customer when the business fails to uphold agreements. DO NOT USE THIS LOAN SERVICE! YOU REGRET IT!

I bought new windows through Republic Windows and the sales person stated I would have an interest free financing for one year of install. The windows were installed and 10 months later I was receiving a mail notice that I owed over $1,600 in interest! The interest rate was over 20%! I had every intent to pay in full the cost of the windows at the one year mark. I tried to call and get on the website, but found the online portal not user friendly. When I tried to call I received numerous delays in responses and long holds. I requested to take it up the chain, and they repeatedly said they were it. When I persisted, they said they would have someone call me back. I waited a week to several weeks each time. No doubt you put these online and phone barriers in to make it difficult for people to contact you while more time passes for you to charge even more compounded interest. I will never use any company that uses you for financing. Your company is deceptive, cruel and predatory!

They charge a finance and interest your account. Cheaper to do a loan with bank or bank credit card. STAY WAY FROM GREEN SKY

The absolute worst finance company I ever dealt with. They advertise you don't have to own the home customer qualifies we perform the work and they take the money out of our account because they don't own the home.

Very high interest rate, will be paying double when loan is completed. Im reporting them to the BBB.

Pleasant people. I can certainly see where they could be annoying. And absolutely hounding for a past due account!
