I would not recommend Greensky they charged a finance fee before my 1st payment was due. I payed them twice in same month. they took the finance fee from the next month and the present month at the sametime. I have called them and they tried to say this was not happening. But ther monthly statement shows they have done this. ( Customer service is no help )

We used green sky as a short term option to help us pay for an unexpected residential air conditioner system, including outside condenser and new air-conditioning unit inside. It was a little wonky working through the HVAC company to get to the finance company, but we knew we were gonna pay this off in a few months and as planned we paid it off two months into the loan we just needed some help with the first 30 days with the upfront costs. When I went to pay the loan off and spoke with the customer service agent, it was an AI service agent, and I’m telling you that experience was better than a human experience. The loan data was right at her fingertips. I didn’t have to wait for her to review my account or clear my payoff with a manager. The conversation was too perfect - a little creepy. Still it Exceeded my expectations. It sounded a little bit “off,” but the customer service and the attention to detail and her immediate answers to my questions. I hate to say it…. But it was far better than any human A wonderful experience!

My autopay was cancelled 1 minute after it was created, and when I noticed and set it up again, the amount was changed down from what I entered to the minimum amount due in order to allow more interest to accrue

Obnoxious, desperate predators who have to resort to harassing the crap out of people on their phones. I've never heard of these people and don't want their services, yet, they keep harassing me and refuse to delete my data.

Greensky has been transparent concerning my loan, I read reviews about hidden fees, I'm not saying that's not true I just read every part of my loan to make sure there isn't any hidden finance charges. This is on going I am a new Loan Recipient 09/21/2026 : There was a misunderstanding concerning the payment And ACH debit . I spoke with a lady Tamika she was a very helpful and understood my concern so this was worked out for better processing the next time it doesn't put me behind on my payments I may receive a late fee after ten days , to request a waiver call CSR once it's assessed. While sending your payments it does take two to three days to process.

Do not use this company u will b sorry. Deceptive, crooked, garbage company. That my being nice and constructive. Latest fiasco is customer service informing me that it is their practice and policy to report customers as 30 days late when they assess late fee, which is at 10 days NOT 30, when I called customer service they said I was 30 days late since it had been more than 30 days since I made a pymnt. So with that rational they consider u 30 days late if u make every pymnt on time but miss the due date by 5 days, u still are not even assessed a late charge but could b reported as 30 days late because it was 35 days since ur last pymnt. Lol. I could go on for hours about this "company",using that term loosely. I'm going to Bank of America, way less bs and interest.

I got a new roof and the roofing company set me up with GreenSky at a very good interest rate. I have been making my monthly payments on time for months now with no problems. Today, I went to their website to set up my monthly payment and noticed that they reversed last month's payment and charged me a $39 late fee. I called their customer service number and the nasty person who answered told me the bank account number was wrong and wasn't honored by my bank. She made me feel like a criminal. It's the same account number I've used for many months and is saved in my laptop. I set up a new payment to bring me up to date, but I suspect they are playing games to charge me late fees and raise my interest rate. Time will tell, but I'm not happy at the way this company does business.

This company allowed 3 days blinds to bill me for blinds I don't received. Do not do business with green sky or 3 days blinds . They are binding together to make clients to pay for things never received.
