Why does when setting up app for green sky it doesn't ask for a pin but to log in you need to put a pin in. Since we didn't have a request for a pin when we first set app up but when you try to log back in it wants a pin which means you cannot log in to your account. Green Sky fix your app. Either we need a pin or we don't. FIX YOUR APP. How are we suppose to make a payment??? Call you so you can charge us for having to call so we can make payments.

This company has very piss poor customer service, especially when you use bill pay from your credit union and it takes 2 weeks for them to send the check in the mail. They are the only company on my bill pay that takes 2 weeks to pay. While other companies it only take 2 days to pay . Someone please explain this shit! And after a week after it's due, my statement says payment failed. I have done my part of the bargain to pay them. This happened to me in 2 years . Customer service sucks! It is very hard to get a person, and if you do they don't speak fluent English. But now that AI is invading customer service everywhere. There is no customer service. This company can just fold up and shut down. They are a shady organization. If you see Greensky, find some ther company. Greensky sucks!!!!!!!

I wish I could give less than 1 star. This company is the absolute worst. GreenSky changed the terms of our loan for Andersen Windows and extended the promotional period of our loan by three months due to work not being completed. Then they refused to honor that extension. We planned on having that time to save up and pay the loan off. They refused to honor what we were told. We’ve had the worst experience with them. Please stay away from this company at all costs!!!

They're the worst you will never get through paying them because of their high interest rates, everytime you make a payment and you think you making progress, the balance goes back up. If I live to pay them off I'll never in my right mind deal with them again, and customer service ain't 💩💩

We are a small HVAC company. My account was suspended early due to an automated system error, despite completing the required compliance training on time. When I called support, I was bounced between departments, given incorrect information, and promised a reactivation that never came. After multiple calls and long hold times, I was told my account had been fully terminated due to inactivity while I was on the phone!! All while I had a customer actively waiting to be financed. I now have to reapply and wait up to 5 business days, and have already lost an estimated $20,000 in business because of it. For a small business that relies on financing as a selling tool, this level of miscommunication and lack of urgency is simply not acceptable.

Made a payment to pay off balance and they told me it was reversed and didnt go through after telling me by email the account had been paid off. F Greensky! One of the worst companies ever! Once I get this cleared up I will never deal with them again.

What a pos company, we had our loan approved through them with Dreamstyle to get our bathroom remodeled. After approval, Dreamstyle seemed to disappear and ditched everyone. The project never started, and Greensky will not remove the loan from our credit report. This all started when I called Jacuzzi bath remodel, and they sent us a rep from Dreamstyle. When you call Greensky, it rings, and a voice message appears, and then hangs up. The online help was worthless. STAY away from this company!!!!!

There is an application started with my name that I didn't...they wont talk to me with out me giving them PII info about it...terrible customer service.
