This company is horrible with transparency. Somehow we were placed into paperless billing during promotional period of our loan(we get paper copies of every other bill we have). Only communication came one month after promotional period ended and all the interest charges had kicked in. They were quick to let me know I owed after the fact, but no interest in letting me know ahead of time. Its no wonder government is cracking down on horrible lending practices. This company is the reason why. This lending came from window installs. Unfortunately, it seems many of the window installers use Greensky. I would urge you to pay in full and stay away from this company no matter how good the promotion is.

express flooring advertised 0 interest . well when the loan went through green sky , it was 11.9 interest . I tried calling floor express loan department and they brushed me away and told me to deabmwith the green sky that had my loan. I called green sky and they said call floor express what a night mare ... green sky said they would handle it anode course I never heard from m no one . now instead of paying 7000.00 it will be 14,000 by the time I even pay it off .. what I big mistake ......please don't make the same mistake it will cost u dearly. what a ripoff, and more ..

I have a credit score of 820 and was "rewarded" a 29.99% rate. Their 866-936-0602 number may as well be the hotline for Bozo the Clown because, surprise boys and girls, you've just won an all expense paid home repair bill that's loaded with hidden fees and non-inclusive consierge service. Knock knock. Who's there? Not GreenSky, all representatives are busy mailing bills to their victims.

GreenSky sold my personal information to scammers, and now I am forced to change my phone number after 15+ years. Terrible experience, avoid this company at all costs.

Please don’t use this company for financial purposes. Over paid on the account due to paying off loan They will not refund my money. I have called and called Even got the Better Business Bureau involved. It’s been two months and no refund. My next sept is to call a TV station consumer service

I try to use them for my business but the customer service is atrocious. It’s embarrassing honestly. I can’t imagine what my customers go through when I can’t even get help as a vendor. They just don’t care.

This has got to be the most incredibly mismanaged company I have ever seen you guys have blocked My account made me wait months not giving me a real answer of what is needed no callbacks no Support at least 20 customers lost unbelievable.

Terrible. I tried to pay off my loan. I call the telephone number, gave it. My check routing number and they gave me a confirmation number and said the loan was paid off and they had received my payment. I kept looking at my bank account for about 5 days and the payment had never been taken off. So I called, which was very difficult to reach someone. They said, oh well, the payment, uh U. It was reversed because I gave him the wrong bank routing number. She tried to take it over the phone. I read the writing number verbatim off of my check and they still said they could not process it in the meantime. After I thought the thing was paid off. They charged me another $264. Because it went past the June 15th, pay date, and they added another $269 to my loan balance. Because I was supposedly late after they told me the loan was paid off. I went through multiple people. And I still could not pay this loan off what they do is they take your riding number and then tell you, it's not processed. And then wait a week, and then you go into the next pay period and then they charge you another huge interest rate. When you think your loan is paid off? It is really as quite the scam.
