I purchased gutters through leaf fitters and greensky is the co. I pay monthly but I am shocked at interest and it seems like I was given a price by leaf fitters and the reviewing shows I am paying more than I expected. It seems like there are other fees that I am not aware of. I am not pleased! Cheats never come to a good end nor the companies who are not upfront and honest!

Plumbing work loan
I required a large plumbing job at my home that was going to cost $10,000+. My plumber offered me the option of financing through GreenSky. After looking into the details with them I picked a zero interest loan for the full account. During the set up and throughout the payment period I found GreenSky communication clear and helpful. At the end of the contract I received a payoff letter with a zero balance (as agreed) all interest free. I would HIGHLY recommend GreenSky and I would use them again! 5stars.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They issue a payoff letter on what is called their schedule which is not an acceptable payoff date for your loan closing. GUESS WHAT THEY WILL NOT CHANGE IT SO YOU HAVE TO RESCHEULDE YOUR LOAN CLOSING or hopefully your loan company knows how to work with an incorrect payoff letter

Beware of Greensky
Complaint Regarding GreenSky Financing and Customer Service
I was extremely excited about the Eco water filtration system I purchased through an Eco representative at Costco. Unfortunately, in my excitement, I failed to fully understand that I had signed up for a GreenSky 12-month no-interest loan. While the Costco credit card and its perks were heavily emphasized I believed I was applying for a Costco credit
I understood the concept of a credit card and assumed that the purchase would be paid in full through the credit card, as that is how I manage my other credit cards. Had I understood that I was entering into a separate financing agreement with GreenSky, I would have simply paid the entire cost of the system at the time of purchase.
After the 12-month period ended, I began receiving bills from GreenSky. I immediately contacted Eco, and I was told that I did not owe them anything and that my account was clear. I subsequently contacted GreenSky numerous times, both by telephone and in writing, attempting to explain the misunderstanding.
Unfortunately, my experience with GreenSky was extremely disappointing. I was ultimately told, in essence, “You owe the balance and the interest, and no one is going to help you or make any adjustment.” I was given the same response regardless of whom I spoke with, including supervisors and the CEO REPRESENTATIVE.What was particularly disturbing was the manner in which I was treated as a senior citizen who was genuinely attempting to resolve what I believed was a misunderstanding. I was not asking GreenSky to simply erase a legitimate obligation. I was asking the company to recognize the circumstances, consider the apparent miscommunication surrounding the financing, and work with me toward a reasonable resolution.
Instead, I was repeatedly told that there was nothing anyone could do. I was left with the impression that even escalating the matter to the highest levels of the company would make no difference. Not even a penny was adjusted.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of COSTCO AND ECO using GreenSky. I will never use this financing company again. More importantly, I would strongly advise consumers to carefully examine any agreement presented to them at a retailer before signing—particularly when they believe they are too excited about a product that they really like.
If a company chooses to partner with GreenSky, I would also encourage that company to consider how its customers may be treated when a misunderstanding occurs.
I purchased the Eco water filtration system because I was excited about the product. Unfortunately, the financing experience overshadowed that purchase completely.
My message to consumers is simple: Read every document carefully, ask questions, and make sure you understand exactly what you are signing. Based on my experience, I would stay away from GreenSky financing.
Sincerely,
Michael Poindexter

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE. instead of reporting to the credity bureaus for the amount of the project they reported "a no limit credit card" causing a 40 point drop in credit score. When I reached out to them the response I got was "no we did not its for this amount" If you are completing a project and the company uses green sky find somebody else to do it. They are horrible and do not accept accountability for the F ups. My paperwork from them of course does not say no limit cc

Anderson and Greensky are Ripoffs
I had Renew by Anderson come out for an estimate on windows and the first quote for 3 windows nothing fancy was 21K I said forget it that's a ripoff, and the girl goes well if you go with this one it will be 12,700 so I agreed and was going to pay cash and she said you can't you have to go through GreenSky, should of done research but went with them and what a mistake they are ripoffs, keeping putting referred interest on the loan even when I pay on time and I blame renew by Anderson, stay away from them they are the biggest ripoff you can get the same windows half price somewhere else. I feel like I was being used.

I hate to give a one-star review to express my disappointment with your financing
I hate to give a one-star review to this great company, Olshan. However, the financing company that they use, Green Sky, is an absolute sham and a horrible choice with terrible customer service. I signed up for the one year financing at 0% paying almost $900 per month for the year which I paid off. My last payment was one day late and now Green Sky is charging me a full year's of interest. Mind you, I was never late except for the very last payment by one day. Green Sky is an absolute sham and refuses to work with me. I hope Olshan changes finance companies as I'm certain that I'm not the only one with this issue. I was very happy with Olshan's work and their people but be wary of the finance company they use, GreenSky. If Olshan would like to reach out to me and offer assistance, I will be happy to change my review.
