I have been a customer for years at the Riverbank, Ca. location. today I made a reservation at 3:00pm. it said an 80 min. wait, so I arrived at 4:15 pm and waited until 5:13 pm and walked out, I will never come back again.

I went to 736 N Fairfield Rd, Round Lake, IL 60073 today on 3/14/22 a young girl cut my hair I keep a photo of the hair style I like to show the person because I cant see what their doing without my glasses on she cut my hair so short I look like a guy in the military im 68 yr old women it didnt look anything like the photo I had when I told her it was way to short nothing like the photo she just laughed at me is this how they treat seniors thinking it doesnt matter to them its ok she's just an old lady its ok no big deal are all your salons this way??? I'll never go to one of your salons again my husband says I look like a guy

Absolutely horrible! I went to the great clips in Oak Harbor and it said about a 20 minute wait, no big deal. I noticed that only had 2 beauticians and on receptionist. After about 30 minutes I was next up, but not to be. The beautician that had just finished went to lunch, leaving one very slow beautician that has given me a bad haircut before. To make things better the wait estimate shifted back to 30 minutes! That means I would have waited at least an hour! How can a great clips only have 2 beauticians on a Friday afternoon? That is crazy and a complete waste of time. Avoid this place it is horrible!

Yesterday I went to my usual Great Clips salon located here in Asheville, N.C. My main hair stylist was out of town for several days, but I felt I still really needed a cut - I usually go every 6-9 weeks. I decided to select a different stylist - BIG MISTAKE; she was pleasant and appeared knowledgeable after reading my card for hair details, but I left with much less hair than my card reads. Although I wear my hair short, my family was shocked just how short it was; I was already in tears and angry. I am now quite reluctant to ever go back!

Great place, friendly staff, Trish is wonderful and Ivonne is fantastic, both give fine haircuts, I would recommend them to family and friends, have been going there for over a year now.

I got my hair cut there a month ago. Explaining what exactly I wanted. Came out looking like a man my hair was not only way short, it was very uneven. I've always believed in giving second chances, so went back together. Same girl. So I told her how I wanted it again, only more explicite. Again the uneven man's cut. I told her, you did just the opposite of what I asked for. She didn't apologize, said she would put it in the notes! 1st time shame on her, 2nd time, shame on me for even trying. I would not suggest Great clips in Taylorsville but Walmart to anyone. They stink!!

I had gone to Great Clips (Grande Prairie, AB) for years and my haircuts were fine. Friendly staff, not too long a wait. In 2020, they required customers to come in with masks. I passed. This was before the AB government mandated them indoors, so they didn't have the excuse of not wanting to be cracked down by the government. If masks are the same as shirts and pants, then name me a brand of shirt or pants that has been recalled for being a safety hazard like masks have. Health Canada has recalled masks for containing graphene. Masks also hold your moist breath on your face, and that makes masks a bacteria-ridden health hazard over your breathing holes. I went to another local hairstylist since then (no mask required for customers at the time). And after that, the AB government mandated them for customers, and that was it. I cut my own hair. I showered 4 or 5 times, because every time I thought I had it done, I saw more to cut. People close to me complimented my work, but I wasn't satisfied - I had to trim every few days for weeks. Still, I've been getting better. I got an electric razor to help with the back and some long clips for separation. You lost a customer for life, Great Clips, because of your mask nonsense. Not only will I never visit your franchise, I will probably never get my hair cut by any professional, ever again. No haircut is worth having to wear a mask.
