I’ve been going to Pam in Butte, MT for several years. It’s hard to find someone who can get a nice cut with my course straight gray hair and cowlicks. She does a great job every time. If she’s not working, I come back when she is. My 87 year old mother also goes to this Great Clips, and she goes to whoever they put her with. They do a nice job and are very kind to her.

The problem is with the app, for the most part the people in the shops are great. When you checkin online you're not checked in. You still have to go in and checkin and wait. What's the purpose of online checkin if you're not checked in? The app is useless.

Went in to Great Clips at Kipling Place, Littleton, CO 80127 for a trim and came out with the worst cut ever. Angela had no idea how to trim a woman's short cut. She used texturizing scissors to hide several blunt cuts that were extra short and obviously a terrible mistake. I told her no texturizing scissors and I pointed out the bad cuts and she kept pushing my hand away. Not only that she hadn't protected my clothing and there was hair everyone on my outfit. it was a mess. I went home hoping it wasn't as bad as I thought but it was worse. I went back next couple of days because of a snow storm and complained to her and asked for my money back. She laughed at me. Do not have Angela cut your hair. BEWARE.

I am a local out of Wallingford Connecticut and I’ve been getting my haircut at that location for years now and doesn’t matter who cuts it it always looks great

My last visit was not good. My hair was chopped, snipped, uneven, a clobber of hair left uncut in the back of my hair. TERRIBLE. I went to another salon to have it fixed. Didn't even have to say a word. My hair spoke for itself.

i loved the person who did my hair. but let me tell you my hair doesnt feel the same. when i tell you my hair person literally used a WHOLE BOTTLE OF LEAVE IN CONDITIONER. i am not joking. i left with a soaking wet shirt and hair. my hair has an actual LAYER of product to the point i cant even brush my hair. it is not good at all i love the haircut but frick that shot she should have used water

I received a haircut at great clips Old South Village Shopping Center, Tulsa Oklahoma. Salon # 3497. Sidtonio was my hairdresser. He did a outstanding job. Very pleased with service and attention.

I came to Great Clips just for a trim. I have quite short hair kind of like a pixie cut, so I figured it wouldn't be much work or money to just get it trimmed. The girl who cut my hair ended up cutting a lot off the bottom and the sides giving it a masculine silhouette which was not what I wanted. I don't think I will be going back here because I was not completely satisfied with my hair and it costed $45..
