I dislike this check in app checked into wrong Great Clips cost me an hour last time I his ever happens looking for a new place

I ask for just a trim, but she cut more off. And I told her twice I didn't want it like that. She got a little carried away with the clippers. A trim of the ends shouldn't take the clippers...

It's so disappointing when you tell the stylist to cut only 1/2 inch off your hair and she completely ignores your ask. I specifically said 1/2 inch and she cut 2 inches off in the back. Its no wonder she didn't offer me the mirror to see if I liked how the back of my head looked. I only have an inch of hair back there now. Terrible haircut. Guess she was too involved with telling me her personal problems she forgot to pay attention to her client. I'll be certain to never sit in her chair ever again.

I would rate Great Clips as a hit and miss experience. Customer service is definitely lacking, if that's what you're looking for . The quality of service is questionable too . They have many locations so it makes it convenient to book an appointment online to avoid waiting in line for a service. The employees don't seem very happy with working there . It's a get you in and get you out assembly line type of service, you feel that way too. If you're looking for a fairly inexpensive haircut but not concerned about the quality or expertise of the stylist, then this business is for you. It's a great place to take the kids for a quick cut , very children friendly.

It’s sad that half the time I make an appointment it’s not honored. My house is not 10 minutes away. Today when I made my appointment there was no wait according to the website. Once I arrived I had to wait 30 minutes for my LAST haircut here. My time is not appreciated

I got a haircut a couple days ago at the Great Clips at Cheyenne Commons shopping center. It literally is the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life and generally I don’t say anything, but it is awful. I asked for curtain bangs. I asked for layers throughout,I asked for it to be a little textured and it looks worse than stuff I have given myself in my bathroom. It literally is so bad that my 17-year-old daughter offered to bring me somewhere else and pay to get it fixed. I contacted Customer Care which told me that location would be reaching out to me and I have yet to receive any type of contact. I know there must be a way to show a photo as to what I had shown her. I was trying to get to what I actually received, but I cannot figure it out. I have thick hair. My bangs were the same length as the rest of my hair which is long, so I had more than enough hair to do what I was asking for. I’ve never had a colic in my bangs in my life and I’ve had bangs often. Now I’ve got a colic, even my layers in the back look like she just cut them straight across and are like not blending into any of the other hair. It just looks like layers that are cut straight across a different links. Update… The manager Emilee gave me a call had me come in and she tried to do what she could do with it. She did blend the layers in the back so they do look more cohesive now but unfortunately with the bangs, it’s like she said we’re just gonna have to let them grow up before we can really do much with them, but I did appreciate her having me come back into fix it

3 stars because while I personally disliked my one and only experience, my sons like it. Maybe Great Clips is more suitable for male customers.

I have been going here for a while now in McMinnville tn and they have allways done good but recently on 1/13/24 I came in for the usual cut I get and the person that gave me this cut did not do what I asked and completely ruined the style. It’s was sapose to be a slick back hair style and I said that but he comes it over und cuts half the hair off that I have been growing out
