I had a cut that I was unhappy about. The General Manager assured me that if I would return, it would be fixed, even if it took more than one visit. I had my cut today and Patti in Port Perry did an excellent job. She asked questions as she cut, to be sure she was on the right track and did a perfect cut. I will definitely return and I appreciated that the General Manager called me and did his best to rectify the situation.

Great Clips discriminates upon people with mask exemptions. They are a horrid and discriminatory organization. Even if they change their policies, I will not be back.

wrost haircut ever. whoever was cutting my hair seemed liked they were in a hurry and cut it way too short it looked nothing like my haircut will never go again.

I have long hair. I asked for a trim but angle it. Stylist said she didn’t know how to angle cut and asked the other one if she did. Will never go back.

I have been going to Great Clips for a few years now. Usually get a decent cut. However, I went there about 6 months ago and some people were wearing mask, and some were not. I will not. But a couple weeks ago I went there to get a cut and the girl asked me if I had a mask, and I said yes. So I put it on for her. Then she said you have to pull it up over your nose. That's when I finally had enough. If these people are too STUPID to see this is all political and has nothing to do with anyone's health or safety, they are FAR TOO STUPID TO CUT MY HAIR!!!! THEY CUT HAIR!!! THEY ARE NOT HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS OR CONSULTANTS!!!!
