Just a heads-up: the Great Clips at 6001 Highland Rd in White Lake did not accept my digital coupon. It seems coupon acceptance is up to each individual salon, so you may want to confirm before you go.” 📍 Location Details (for clarity) Great Clips – Meijers White Lake 6001 Highland Rd, White Lake, MI 48383

I visited the Foley Alabama salon on Sunday 9/27.I specifically asked that the cut not be above the middle of my ears related to hearing aids remaining hidden as a dignity issue. My request was totally disregarded and when I reminded the stylists of my request she continued to cut telling me they won’t show, but they do..in addition my hair is the shortest it’s been since birth.so disappointing that my dignity has been compromised as I head to a family reunion next week. Tell your stylists to listen to the clients they serve and not be so self absorbed.

more than once asked for a specific cut and made sure they understood what I wanted. got the same thing every time...just cut straight across. I think that's all they know how to do. not going back

I check in online, live 10 minutes away here in Melissa. I LOVE that availability. Generally my cuts are good conversation, and a great hair cut. However, I want to be able to pick my stylist for the day. I just had my hair cut 9/4/26. Hair cut was OK, but I NEVER want a male stylist again. It was very uncomfortable: Stylist had bad BO! I didn’t like the back of my head being pressed against his bell! VERRY UNCOMFORTABLE having my shoulder touch his junk as he stood beside me! Having a man run his fingers through my hair was VERRY UNCOMFORTABLE! I usually come here every 3 weeks; PLEASE make it available to pick my stylist.

On-line check-in for the Clareview location in Edmonton is a joke. We reserved two spots on line. When we arrived - right on time - we were the top two names, but the person who was number 3 on the list was given first place. Then, while one of us was served another client walked in with on indication on the wait board that she had a reservation, but was taken next anyway. Now the wait time for our second person was indicated at 25 minutes Needless to say, we were not prepared to wait longer: who knows how many others would have been given preference. The stylist did say that the on-line check-in is not synchronized with what they use to determine who's next. By the way, the first person's haircut was okay.

Never going back. Got shook down with a sob story for a tip. She said her friend got fired. Then proceeded to almost pass out, twice. miraculously after I consoled her she was fine. Had other hair dressers that made good conversation without drama.

I will not be using Great Clips again for their services. Granted, I never had the same stylist twice so it's basically been a gamble with the results. The one issue that bothered me consistently is that most of the stylists do not make attempts to sanitize their equipment between clients on a regular basis. A mere wipe down with a clean paper towel or cloth would be adequate. The most recent stylist I used did not do this. I was observing her cleaning up her station after the previous client. All she did was sweep. I questioned her about it and all she did was claim she did sanitize as if I did not notice. Don't appreciate being gaslit especially since I am highly observant; even as a senior.

Poor quality haircut. Wouldn’t go back to the one at Gateway Plaza in Oshawa. Wife and myself didn’t get the cuts we asked for. Like talking to the walk. Really unprofessional
