I had a haircut today at super target center on cotton lane. Maria gave me the best cut I have ever had. I have thick, curly hair and she took the time it took to give me a great hairstyle I can manage. This is a very knowledgeable person to deal with my thick, curly hair. I have used tony and guys over the years and this cut is better than anyone there could do. I will be back and ask for Maria again! well done!!!!!!!

I went on 05/17/22 in Corsicana, Texas, I had a wait of 35 minutes. The older white lady finsihed & I was up next. She acted like she did not want to cut hair & after cleanup & 10 minutes later she called me. I told my daughter w/me that she did not look friendly. I asked for a short hair cut & to have the sides cut straight across but not over the ears. She made the cut on & it was angled. I explained I wanted it straight, not angled, nor sideburns, just not over the ears. She kept cutting it at an angle, then finally went to the back, after I told her I would correct it at home later. I explained I just wanted all the flip gone in the back, she cut it & showed it to me but it still was not tapered as I asked. When she saw I wasn't happy, she said "well lady you aren't going to yell at me." To that point I had not said hardly anything & certainly did not yell at her. She yanked the black drape off my neck & said I won't cut your hair. I then told her she sure would not. I offered to pay out & the receptionist couldn't get her computer to clear. I threw down a $20 bill & walked out. The lady said she wasn't touching the money & my daughter took it from the counter & walked over & gave it to a 4 y/0 w/his dad. I will never go back there, I am 73 y/o & did not deserve to be treated that way. This was the 2nd bad experience I had at Great Clips. I had to go find someone to cut my hair & correct her mistake. That lady told me that I was the 8th person that had come to her to correct a cut that lady had done to them.

Patricia in Springdale Arkansas It's the one and only reason I will always return to Great Clips. She is amazing and change my mind about affordable barbers. She deserves a raise and more attention, she's amazing. And no I had never met her before.

I would like to continue to support great clips however I've had 3 bad experiences with them and as in baseball 3 strikes your out. Their online check in is fraudulent, it totally miss leads customers 2 bad experiences with it. The third on was what I assume was manager at the time, did not use the white neck wrap to catch water and completely soak my neck shirt front and back. Man was a total Buffon. Done with bad clips!

Asked for “a little under an inch” cut an inch and a half and said “I took the liberty of cutting a little extra off” and insulted me during the entire cut saying I look uneducated with how I looked. Said “be honest and tell me you don’t look uneducated” never been so insulted by someone who I provided patronage for. Worst cut of my life. After he’d finished cutting it he put some kind of leave in conditioner I presume and it feels like I took a swim in some syrup. I keep adding to this as there’s so much to be said, I’ve been coming here my whole life and never not even once gotten a good cut. 10 YEARS+ NOT A SINGLE GOOD CUT.

I had my hair cut by Sindy at the Fairfield location in Cypress TX. She did an amazing job and I was so thankful she was my hair stylist!! 5 + Star raining!! See you in a month or so. Rich M

I went to great clips to have my hair washed, blowed dried, flat iron and my bangs trimmed, which was no more than a couple of snips. The results were ok but I almost died when she told me the bill was 45.00 dollars….the receipt said shampoo..$5.00 long style $40.00. It was my fault that I didn’t ask what the total would be before I had the work done but in my wildest dreams I would of never thought to be charged $45.00. My hair is just below my shoulders. I’ll never go back…I suggest you ask what the total would be before you have your hair done.
