My latest Grand's success story: I needed a new mattress set and frame for my guest room. Since I knew the trade name of the last mattress set I had ordered from them, and was quite pleased with it, I simply dialed the phone of the Waynesboro store. Their friendly sales associate, Hunt, picked up the phone, took down my request, checked the available inventory, and, within minutes, was able to write up my sales ticket and close the deal. No muss, no fuss, all over the phone. Just days later, the bed was set up in the guest room by two very competent and polite delivery fellows. Now that is great service! Regards, Hunter V. Visited the many mattress companies in Hbg and the last place we checked was Grand Furniture! We should have started there first!. The sales personnel were personable and efficient. The selection was great and the price comparable. It was better when we considered the fact that you took away our old mattress and did not charge for deliivery. It was an extra bonus that we purchased the mattress with no interest for the first year! We are indeed having sweet dreams!

Great Folks Would Tell Everyone About Them.

I was greeted by Toni as I entered the showroom. I told her I was interested in an adjustable bed and she took me to the location where they were located. She asked me a series of questions to determine what I really needed. Based on that she showed me a bed in the mid level range. She didn't try to oversell me and I appreciated that. I ended up purchasing the bed a few days later and she is still holding it for me as I arrange for new carpet. Overall a very good experience..

Kathryn was great to work with, When we found a problem with the bottom of one of the chairs they were quick to replace the chair.

We ordered a LA Z Boy couch and was told it would take 6-8 weeks. It arrived in 5 1/2 in excellent shape. After we set it up we realized we should have ordered 1 of the sections with a reclining seat. We were told there was nothing that could be done. Unfortunately we are stuck with the piece and don't like that. Everything else is great.

I had to wait a few more weeks than the sales person said it would be. Also the couch(loveseat is going to take another few weeks) needed adjusted and the delivery man didn't address it but when I called the store they were firendly and said they will have someone call in a few days to come and adjust it.
