We went to several furniture stores in our area. Most sales associates were not helpful in any way. Our experience at Grand was wonderful. I do not like shopping for furniture, but Diane was great. She helped us with every question, and was patient with our decision making. And the store was clean, inside and out, which makes me think your business cares.
