Love the furniture and the service was great.

Don Ferraro made furnishing our home a pleasure instead of a chore. Grand even worked with us rescheduling delivery around our construction delays. Don gave top notch customer service. We will be back for sure!

My husband and I where shopping for furniture at the Wise, Va store on Oct. 9, 2015. Our sales assoc. Pauline Davis informed us that the furniture we chose was in stock and could be delivered next day (Sat. OCt 10, 2015). On the day of delivery, she sent us the swivel chair DISPLAY furniture from store and tried to pass it off as new. One wheel was broke on chair. She also sent us display lamps, the shades were bent and crushed. We did not get the sectional that day. I told her I wanted NEW furniture. She sent us the display sectional later and we are still, a month later, waiting on our furniture that was on back order to begin with. I sent lamps back. I have called store multiple times, spoke with manager, Jack Small?, and they refuse to give me a date as to when my NEW furniture will be in. I am very dissatisified with this situation. If I do not get a date soon, I want the display furniture picked up and my account credited. I will NEVER shop grands again because of this experience. Whoever reads this review, can you get me an answer as to WHEN MY NEW FURNITURE WILL ARRIVE?????? I do not want to be stuck with the display furniture. Very dissatisfied

Everyone in the store treats you like your business matters. Manager always makes a point to speak to you, most people she can remember by name.

Was very pleased with the buying experience including the time taken by the sales personnel to show me different options and price ranges. The delivery folks were super nice as well. One of the mattresses had been crushed at some point. I called that evening a new one was delivered the next day. I then received a follow up call the day after that to make sure that I was happy with the corrective action taken. That call mean a lot to show Grand cared that I was taken care of.

We are always treated wonderful and find exactly what we want!!
