Sales team worked with you to get you just what you were looking for and were able to make helpful suggestions to aid In your decision process. Deliveries arrived when they were promised; if drivers were running late, they called to tell you they were running a little behind. Would highly recommend Grand.

My salesperson, Gie, was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and so was the bedding specialist. They were very patient with me which was important because it was hard for me to make a decision with so many good quality mattresses. They even assisted me to return the mattress and pick out a new one when i was not pleased with my first choice. Great buying experience

Hello, I purchased a couch and a chair. I like the couch, nothing fancy, but within the first week a flimsy, metal bar underneath the couch broke. FYI- we don't jump on furniture in our home. A nice service person came out and fixed it. It seems solid now. The chair is an issue. I'm sure they will rectify it as soon as I have time to take the problem into the store. The cushion on the chair which cost around $700 is sewn crooked. It is quite obvious since the piping is larger in one area than the rest. It makes the chair appear far cheaper than what it was. I am disappointed with the quality especially with the price I paid.

I was in the market for a adjustable bed. Having bought one in VA from Grand Home Furnishing in Roanoke, VA, I was thrilled to learn that there was a Grand Home Furnishing in Johnson City, TN and that they delivered to Blowing Rock, NC where I wanted another adjustable bed. I drove about 1 and 1/2 hours one way to deal with "Grand" once again. I am so thankful that I did. Salesperson PJ and the Bedding Specialist Lady in Grand Home Furnishings in Johnson City, TN worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted and it was delivered the very next day to me in Blowing Rock. I am totally satisfied!!!

Got a bed and financed with Wells Fargo. Tomorrow makes 2 months and I still have not received finance information to make payments. Called store multiple times, they are pinning it on Wells Fargo. Emailed the main website which told me to call the store. Pretty much running around in circles here with no answers. I will be pretty irate if this somehow turns into a late payment for me. I was told I would get the information in 2 weeks time. At this point I would rather be late on other bills and pay off the bed, seems like a perfect scam now that I think about it.
